Story
Willow is a healthy, young Siberian Husky seeking a responsible, permanent home. She is intelligent and independent, with a moderate, selective approach to affection and social interaction. Willow tends to bond gradually and does best with people and dogs who respect her space while building trust. She has had only minimal obedience training and would benefit from continued socialization and training to support confidence and impulse control. Willow is well behaved in the home, does not climb on furniture or chew household items. She is crate trained and enters her crate on command. Like all huskies, she is a vocal dog and may howl or 'talk' howl or 'talk,' particularly when engaging with her person. When she sees unfamiliar dogs, Willow may bark or vocalize, particularly during first encounters. This behavior appears to be fear-based rather than aggressive. Willow needs regular daily exercise ( l hour) and mental stimulation. She will need a high fence.
