Story
Meet Creed, a one year old playful little boy. Creed is a brush coat, 39 pound Shar Pei with the perfect build. He has a squish muzzle that is so soft and a silly hook tail. Creed comes with a personality that is the best of both worlds. He is playful & silly, absolutely loves tennis balls, squeaky stuffed animals and ropes (any kind of toys or bones). He will play for hours alone or with humans. He is so funny to watch, it just brings a smile to your face. He also enjoys and craves being loved. Creed will sit and lean into you just for a little attention. He will relax and cuddle up on the couch right next to you. Good with Dogs ✔️ Good around kids ✔️ Kennel training ✔️ Likes walks but is learning to not pull ✔️ (he is still a pup) Creed recently had bilateral cherry eye repair and entropion on both eyes.  He is healing from those surgeries but is ready to find a family who will spoil him and adore him as much as his foster family does. Creed is neutered, UTD on vaccines, microchipped and fostering in Idaho Falls, Idaho. If interested in applying, visit www.peipeople.com and complete the adoption application.August 17, 2026, 6:44 pm

Story
Dixie is a 5-year-old Aussiedoodle/Labrador mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. We've had her since she was a puppy, and she has brought us so much joy over the years. Dixie absolutely loves being outdoors. Whether it's going for long walks, hiking new trails, or having room to run and play, that's where she's happiest. She has lots of energy and would do best with an active person or family who enjoys spending time outside. As she's gotten older, Dixie has become more anxious and fearful of certain things. Because of her anxiety and high energy, she has damaged her kennel in the past and would benefit from someone who has the time, patience, and experience to help her continue building confidence. We truly believe she has so much potential. This decision has not been an easy one. We love Dixie very much, but we've realized we can no longer give her the training and exercise she deserves. We think she will make a wonderful addition to the right home.

Story
Rebel is a 5 year old male, Labrador Retriever. He is a very loving and good dog. Rebel has a lot of energy and likes to play and go for walks. He also likes to play fetch. The only reason I'm looking to rehome him is that the place I'm moving to does not take dogs. He is very important to me and I would like to find a good/loving home for him.

Story
Are you dreaming of a dog who will make you laugh and can keep up with you, with the softest coat and most ridiculous hops? We offer you Sir Ziegfeld Von Boingington III — Ziggy to us commonfolk.    How Ziggy ended up alone in rural Washington is a mystery, but a Good Samaritan found him and got him to Pei People. He immediately surprised his foster home with his unabashed happiness, perpetual smile, and absolute sweetness.    Ziggy adores snacking on his foster brother’s meaty face and checking on how puppy proofed his environment is today. Velcro? Yup! FOMO? Double check!    At around a year old, Ziggy is full of energy and loves life; he needs a yard to let him Zig, Zag, and Zoomie. He’s wary of strange loud things, so city life isn’t really his speed, as much as he loves meeting new people.    Ziggy is a pretty quick learner and loves to figure it out. He’d be fun to do more advanced training on with obedience or even backyard level agility! He has training basics down, is crate trained and would probably be a great hiking buddy.    Lord Z hasn’t been tested around kids yet, and his zest for life might accidentally topple smaller humans. He’s great around dogs his size but is too much for cats or small/fragile dogs — it’s not prey drive, rather play drive. If interested in applying, visit www.peipeople.com and complete an adoption application.  Ziggy is fostering in Oregon City, OR. August 17, 2026, 6:44 pm

Story
Hondo is a 5 year old Labradoodle, black, around 50 lbs.We adopted him from Snake River Animal Shelter a few years ago. He’s a good dog, very sweet, loves cuddles and attention. Great with kids. Is very much a couch potato vs. a play fetch type of dog.A new home should be ready for a dog who wants to sit on the couch or in bed with them. He would do just fine with other dogs, and would probably love to live with another couch potato dog. Our other dog, a Goldendoodle, is too high-energy for Hondo. He will come with all of his stuff. Leash, food bowl, kennel, sleeping pad, dog bed.

Story
Sandy is a gorgeous young red Shepherd who was saved from a high-kill California shelter, and this girl is SO ready for her forever family. Sandy is everything Shepherd lovers adore about the breed: smart, athletic, loyal, playful and eager to engage with her people. She’s a young working dog with plenty of energy and loves having something to do. Walks? Absolutely. Playing outside? Yes please. Romping around the park? Even better. But once the adventure is over, Sandy is just as happy curling up at your feet and soaking up some well-earned pets. She’s affectionate and loving without needing to be attached to you every second of the day — a really lovely balance. 🐾 A little more about Sandy: •Already had training • Smart, active, high-energy • Does well with other dogs with proper introductions • Affectionate without being overly needy • Would do best with older children/teenager Has not been tested with cats Sandy would be an amazing match for a family who knows/loves Shepherds
