Story
We adopted Dalaya from people who weren't treating her well. She's 4 years old and we've had her for about 3 years now. We were told she is a German sheppard but she has alot of Belgian Malinoi characteristics, so she could be either one. Dalaya needs someone who is extremely knowledgeable in those breeds. She needs alot of work. I do think she would catch on to training pretty quickly because she really just wants to please her person. She just wants/ need someone who has time to put into her training and someone who will love her and spend time with her. She's a huge lover. She talks quite a bit, and will have nonstop conversations with you. If I had more knowledge about her breed and more time to work with her I know she'd be a great dog. If she could find someone who can train her to walk in a leash I think she'd love to go on walks, hikes or runs (plus she could use it, she's a little chunky lol) Dalaya does not liked to be groomed. And hates her paws/nails being touched.

Story
Meet Creed, a one year old playful little boy. Creed is a brush coat, 39 pound Shar Pei with the perfect build. He has a squish muzzle that is so soft and a silly hook tail. Creed comes with a personality that is the best of both worlds. He is playful & silly, absolutely loves tennis balls, squeaky stuffed animals and ropes (any kind of toys or bones). He will play for hours alone or with humans. He is so funny to watch, it just brings a smile to your face. He also enjoys and craves being loved. Creed will sit and lean into you just for a little attention. He will relax and cuddle up on the couch right next to you. Good with Dogs ✔️ Good around kids ✔️ Kennel training ✔️ Likes walks but is learning to not pull ✔️ (he is still a pup) Creed recently had bilateral cherry eye repair and entropion on both eyes.  He is healing from those surgeries but is ready to find a family who will spoil him and adore him as much as his foster family does. Creed is neutered, UTD on vaccines, microchipped and fostering in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Story
This is Charlie!! He is an amazing dog. He has a lot of energy, he is very sweet and loving. He loves bully sticks and playing with his friends. He also really loves stuffing, so toys with ropes inside it the go to. He knows sit, stay, lay down, and working on shake. He is mostly house trained, but does occasionally have accidents. Upon moving into a new home we found him on Facebook, where he was in a home with 7 other dogs. We got him as a puppy. I would love to find a home for him that is able to take time to go on walks or play with him at the park. He stays close by without a leash, and have never had to go chasing him. Unfortunately with full time work and school we are not able to give him the time he deserves.

Story
Rebel is a 5 year old male, Labrador Retriever. He is a very loving and good dog. Rebel has a lot of energy and likes to play and go for walks. He also likes to play fetch. The only reason I'm looking to rehome him is that the place I'm moving to does not take dogs. He is very important to me and I would like to find a good/loving home for him.

Story
Are you dreaming of a dog who will make you laugh and can keep up with you, with the softest coat and most ridiculous hops? We offer you Sir Ziegfeld Von Boingington III — Ziggy to us commonfolk.    How Ziggy ended up alone in rural Washington is a mystery, but a Good Samaritan found him and got him to Pei People. He immediately surprised his foster home with his unabashed happiness, perpetual smile, and absolute sweetness.    At around 18mos old, Ziggy is full of energy and loves life; he needs a yard to let him Zig, Zag, and Zoomie. He’s wary of strange loud things, so city life isn’t really his speed, as much as he loves meeting new people.    Ziggy is a pretty quick learner and loves to figure it out. He’d be fun to do more advanced training on with obedience or even backyard level agility! He has training basics down, is crate trained and would probably be a great hiking buddy.    Lord Z hasn’t been tested around kids yet, and his zest for life might accidentally topple smaller humans. He’s great around dogs his size but is too much for cats or small/fragile dogs — it’s not prey drive, rather play drive.  Everyone who has met him loves him and he has done great at the dog park. If interested in applying, visit www.peipeople.com and complete an adoption application.  Ziggy is fostering in Oregon City, OR. September 14, 2026, 12:33 pm

Story
Meet Ginger! Ginger came to us from a shelter in Idaho after she was found as a stray alongside another dog she had been living with. We're not sure how anyone could leave behind such a sweet and loving girl, especially considering that she has very limited vision, estimated at 10% or less. Despite her vision impairment, Ginger has so much love to give and is ready to find her forever home. She is looking for a safe, calm, and patient environment where she can learn her surroundings, build confidence, and enjoy the security and comfort she deserves. Once Ginger becomes familiar with her environment, she can relax and thrive, enjoying all the simple pleasures of a loving home. She is a gentle soul who will reward her new family with loyalty, affection, and companionship. Ginger is estimated to be 5-6yrs old, is spayed and UTD on all vaccines.  She is fostering in the Boise, ID area. Visit www.peipeople.com to complete an adoption application.
