Story
Active upbeat dog looking for new home! He is a high-energy, affectionate, and playful dog looking for an active forever home. He thrives with space and would do best in a home with a yard and an owner who enjoys outdoor activities such as walks, runs, hiking, or hunting. He does fairly well off-leash when given commands and has great potential with continued training. He can be skittish around new dogs at first but warms up with time. His behavior around kids and cats is unknown. He may whine or bark when attention is given to other dogs, which can be managed with consistency and training. He is both house-trained and crate-trained. He loves rope toys, tough rubber toys, and going on walks. We are rehoming him due to a growing family and not being able to meet his exercise and outdoor needs. This decision is made in his best interest, and we are seeking an active, committed owner who can give him the time and lifestyle he deserves.

Story
Hi! My name is Ski (like Skeeball). I love my dad and have since 2020, but he crossed the Rainbow Bridge without me recently. I'm an older fellow at 7 years old or so, but I love with my full heart. I enjoyed playing with my dad's little grandkids, but I didn't care too much about the neighborhood cats. I've not been around other dogs since I was a youngin myself, but l'll be socializing with some old friends for a short time. I miss my dad dearly and hope I can find a new home before I see him again.
