Good with kids, Good with dogs, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Daniel is a sweet, wonderful, playful young boy. He was rescued from a shelter in Tennessee and unfortunately has spent half his young life in a shelter. But that has not dimmed his spirit. He is full of life and love and joy. While he is quite active, he also settles down nicely. A fenced back yard is a must. He is very approval motivated and intelligent, so will train quickly. He is friendly and loving to people, kids, and other dogs (cats are an unkown). He is very house trained and does not mess his kennel. He is very well mannered, but is still has a lot of puppy brain going on. With some good structure and love, he will grow into an amazing, loyal, and loving companion. Bring some joy to your world and give Daniel a forever home for the holidays. He will be the light of your life!

Story
Addie is a sweet, good natured, loving girl. She is looking for a new home because her person has become ill and is no longer able to care for her. Her family is caring for her now, but she needs a new home by the end of the year. She is very well behaved, housetrained, and a lovely companion. She does like to run around a bit, so a fenced in back yard is a must (or controlled outdoor area like a farm). She is good on a leash. As you can see, she is fully vetted, spayed, and chipped, so she is healthy and ready to go. She is the perfect medium size. She is friendly to dogs, people, and children. Cats are unknown—she has not been around them. She will make a wonderful, loving addition to your family. Please call for more info and to begin the adoption process. Let’s find this sweet girl a forever home for the holidays!

Story
Brodi is a very good boy and a sweet young dog. He was rescued from a shelter in kentucky and is living with us here at Redwing Dog Refuge. Brodie is a super good dog who, although he ca be exuberant, has very good manners. He is very sweet and loving and good with people and other dogs. He is housetrained and good on a leash. He is smart and knows his basic commands and will come when called. He loves to chase balls that are thrown for him. He could potentially be an excellent Frisbee dog. He is physically very robust and would be a great dog to take along on adventures. He will make a wonderful dog for a family. Finchville, KY
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Arlo is such a good boy. He just spent 5 moths in a shelter where we rescued him from. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and very housebroken. He is about 70 lbs and 2 years old, so fully grown. He is very well behaved and good on a leash. He can have his active moments, but settles down quickly. He would love a place with room to run and an active owner to take him for walks and hikes. He is great with people, kids, and other dogs, but he does have a prey drive, so no small animals or cats. He is very chill around the house and happy to just sit with his person. He is an excellent protection dog. He is very intelligent, and responds very well to training and structure. We dont really know his breed, but he acts like a cross between a lab and a small Great Dane. If yoou are looking for a great companion and adventure dog, you cannot do better than Arlo. Please call if you have an interest. Thanks.

Story
Arapahoe is bright-eyed, a little shy but friendly, puppy! She is currently about 15 weeks of age and was born under a porch in rural Kentucky. She is a beautiful people, dog and cat-friendly girl and will make a great addition to most family makeups! We rescued the entire family, mom and 7 puppies! Mom has an AMAZING temperament and puppies have the potential to follow suit! Arapahoe is tri-colored, but predominately reddish/brown and black, and should grow to a medium size dog. She currently weighs in at 13 pounds. Her mother weighs in at under 40 pounds. Arapahoe is a bright and exuberant girl with all the potential to be a super adult dog! She would like a family with patience and commitment to raising a puppy! Proper socialization and obedience training will take her far to help her grow up and be a nicely mannered adult pup! If you'd like to meet Arapahoe, please contact us through email at blueridgerescue@aol.com
