Meet Chuppa, a sweet, silly, snuggly boy who is ready to find his forever person.
Chuppa is the kind of dog who loves hard. Once he decides you are his person, congratulations — you now have a full-time shadow, emotional support hippo, and personal fan club president. He is affectionate, goofy, and absolutely devoted to the people he trusts.
Chuppa can be a little unsure of new people coming into the home and he may bark at them because he takes his “protector of the household” duties very seriously. The mailman? Suspicious. A leaf blowing across the driveway? Highly questionable. Your friend walking in the door? Chuppa would like to conduct a brief security screening.
But don’t be fooled by his tough-guy act — this boy is very bribable. One tasty treat and he is ready to be best friends.
Chuppa does very well with other dogs after slow introductions and lives with three other dogs now. He is still young and learning, and would prefer to be the one who gets all the attention. Chuppa would love a family who can help him build confidence and feel secure that there is enough love to go around.
His hobbies include:
* Doing zoomies like a tiny muscular racehorse
* Cuddling with his whole entire body
* Following his person from room to room
* Playing with his food bowl like it is the greatest toy ever invented
* Accepting snacks as payment for friendship
* Making sure you never feel lonely again
Chuppa’s ideal day would include a nice walk, some playtime, a few snacks, and then a world-class cuddle session where he gently attempts to become one with you through a full body hug.
He is looking for a patient, loving adopter who will give him structure, reassurance, and time to settle in. In return, Chuppa will give you loyalty, laughs, snuggles, and the kind of love only a big-hearted pittie boy can offer.
