HANDSOME HOUSE HIPPO SEEKING FUREVER HUMAN Name: Chuppa Age: 1 year old Breed: Pure bred velvet hippo Body type: Stocky, 60 pounds, handsome, and surprisingly fast when the zoomies hit Looking for: A loyal human, a cozy couch, and someone who understands that personal space is wildly overrated Meet Chuppa, a sweet, silly, snuggly boy who is ready to find his forever person. Chuppa is the kind of dog who loves hard. Once he decides you are his person, congratulations — you now have a full-time shadow, emotional support hippo, and personal fan club president. He is affectionate, goofy, and absolutely devoted to the people he trusts. Chuppa can be a little unsure of new people coming into the home and he may bark at them because he takes his “protector of the household” duties very seriously. The mailman? Suspicious. A leaf blowing across the driveway? Highly questionable. Your friend walking in the door? Chuppa would like to conduct a brief security screening. But don’t be fooled by his tough-guy act — this boy is very bribable. One tasty treat and he is ready to be best friends. Chuppa does very well with other dogs after slow introductions and lives with three other dogs now. He is still young and learning, and would prefer to be the one who gets all the attention. Chuppa would love a family who can help him build confidence and feel secure that there is enough love to go around. His hobbies include: * Doing zoomies like a tiny muscular racehorse * Cuddling with his whole entire body * Following his person from room to room * Playing with his food bowl like it is the greatest toy ever invented * Accepting snacks as payment for friendship * Making sure you never feel lonely again Chuppa’s ideal day would include a nice walk, some playtime, a few snacks, and then a world-class cuddle session where he gently attempts to become one with you through a full body hug. He is looking for a patient, loving adopter who will give him structure, reassurance, and time to settle in. In return, Chuppa will give you loyalty, laughs, snuggles, and the kind of love only a big-hearted pittie boy can offer. Swipe right on Chuppa if you like snacks, cuddles, goofy dogs, and having a best friend who thinks you are the most important person in the world. If you would like to meet this real character of a boy please call or email us at: 502-509-9886 info@arielbullyrescue.com Included in Chuppa's adoption fee: -He is spayed and has a microchip. -He is house trained, crate, and leash trained. -A collar and training leash. -Two training classes for you to learn good leash skills, and how to be a great leader. -Our rescue provides life time support for you. We are available by phone or in person.

Cash is a great dog if it wasn’t for my family moving and myself having new obligations with work where I will be gone from home much longer we would not be rehoming him. He’s kind and gentle. He loves attention and going for walks. He’s around 6 years old we adopted him from our local shelter.

Story
I adopted a dog who is a little over a year back in November. She is a 32 pound pitbull and Boston terrier mix is my guess. She is an extremely loving and sweet dog who loves to play. She is crate trained- although she cries at first, she stops after a few minutes. She is a little food aggressive (to other dogs as far as I’ve seen) so needs bones and food in a cage. She has played with my sisters dogs and dogs at the park with no issue but recently has been getting into fights with my other dog. I have not taken her to play with other dogs since March because I don’t know what is causing the fights between my dog and Maple. I have a toddler and Maple has been good with her. She is working on being leash trained, she responds well to treats and a clicker- definitely needs some more work though. She was clearly abused prior to me and is pretty skittish with quick movements. She loves to play fetch with my toddler, chew toys and cuddle. She is higher energy and enjoys laying in the sun.

Story
I got Bodee at the local shelter (Metro Animal Services). He was found as a stray puppy and was emaciated. He is around 9 months to a year old. He has full puppy energy and loves squeaker toys. He is great with my other dog and loves to wrestle and play with him. I’m looking for a new home for him because I have a busy schedule and as young as he is, he needs a family that can dedicate more time to him than I can.

Story
This is Tyson Lee, he is a 9yr old pittie born June 6th, 2017. He is the product of my best friends dogs. I’ve had him his entire life. He has had GI surgery when he was younger and has had no complications. He does have partial facial paralysis from a severed nerve, it does not cause him any complications besides a lot of eye boogies in the left eye. He is a loving lump of lard who needs a big yard to run around and sunbathe in. He was raised with another pittie his whole life. He is about 90lbs. He is good with kids. He enjoys all the scratches and rubs, especially on his booty. Our lifestyle changes and finding out my baby’s anllergic to dogs are what’s causing me to have to rehome him.

Story
This is athena. She is 4 years old, her birthday is january 23rd 2022. We got her from somebody on Facebook Jan, 2025 to keep her from going to the shelter. Sadly after having her for a little over a year, we don't think a dog is right for our family at this time. She is a great dog but we have 4 small children so it's just too hard to keep up with them and her. She will come with a fair deal of stuff, toys, some food, leashes, collars, some shirts, i also have a kennel but not the mat that came with it. She loves stuffed animals and pools. Not a fan of hard chews and is allergic to Minties brushing chews. She is fully house trained and kennel trained, can do some tricks such as sit, jump, occasional accidental somersault. Her recall is great but you may have to call a few times if something really has her attention. She's a sweet dog, pretty well trained in my experience, I just don't think we're ready for a dog.
