Story
Charlie has been with us since he was 6 weeks old, and he turned 6 years old this past June. He is an outside dog. My husband passed away this past September. I have to sell my house. Where I am going, they don't allow outside dogs. We tried bringing him inside to stay, but he wouldn't eat or drink. He just sat and looked outside. I would love to see him with a new family that will love him as we do. When looking at his pictures, you will notice that he doesn't have much hair on his tail. This past summer, I wasn't aware that we had a patch of poison ivy next to our garage. Until I saw him lying in it. The hair on one side of his body came back, but for some reason, it hasn't on his tail. I pray the right family will adopt him. Thank You

Story
This is Rufus, he is a 1.5 year old American English Coonhound/Mountain Cur mix. He is currently right at 50lbs. We rescued him when he was about 4 months old. We had hoped he would be a companion for our older dog, but we’ve been experiencing issues with resource guarding. Due to this we would recommend he go to a home with no other dogs. He is the sweetest boy and loves to snuggle with his humans. He’s extremely intelligent and recently completed a 3-week board and train program. Rufus is house-trained, crate-trained, and can walk in a perfect heel. He would thrive in a home with a big yard or on a farm where he has lots of room to roam, and with a family that has an active lifestyle.

Story
Honey is my rescue pup. I rescued her around 9 weeks old thinking I was getting a Rottweiler, little did I know I was getting a mixture of Rottweiler and Doberman. She is the biggest softy and loves to play! Whether it’s running around with other pups or playing with her favorite toys she’s just the happiest thing in the world. It truly break my heart that I would even need to re-home her. Besides the AD-D in her she is a well behaved dog who is eager and motivated to learn. She’s been in my life for about a year and doesn’t hesitate to listen, due to very simple training. I unfortunately made an impulsive decision to get her as a 17 with lots of things going on. The plan I had for the future keeps changing and my future is very unfair for her. She truly needs to be with other dogs and some land to run around on. She loves kids and knows to be gently with them. I just want the best life for her and feel that it’s unfair for her for me to keep her, due to selfishness.
