Story
Astro is a very loving dog. He is bursting with energy and needs a lot of exercise daily. He loves to swim and play fetch - toys are a must have! He is almost 18 months old. He is trained to sit, lay down, leave it, stay, roll over, and middle. He is fully potty trained and kennel trained. He prefers to spend time with people as much as possible but is content in his kennel for a few hours with a toy. He is very excitable and has a tendency to jump on people when he first sees them, something that would be easily trained out of but I simply do not have the time with my busy schedule. He would do well in a home with active owners or older kids. He likes cats, but will chase them from time to time, and he absolutely loves to play with other dogs. He will bark to alert, and occasionally he will whine if he needs something, but he has been well trained not to bark in his kennel. He is a good dog, and I wish I could keep him, but I don’t have enough time to give him the excercise he needs.

Story
Bandit is a very playful, sweet dog. He loves kids, and he enjoys playing with other animals. We took him on from a family who could not take care of him and we were hoping to keep him, but our two dogs do not get along with him. Maybe it is due to them being 8 and 7 years old while he is only 1 year old. He wants to play and they do not. We hoped after time, they would get used to each other and settle, but so far no such luck. I will say, Bandit has a lot of energy and will need plenty of exercise.

Story
Ruby Red is a sweet and spunky two-year-old terrier mix who’s been on quite the journey. Ruby came to us in rough shape. She was taken in by an amazing foster family where she has been getting healthy and learning how to be her best self. Ruby is now ready to find a forever home of her own! Ruby has a big heart and a lot of love to give. She thrives on human attention and would love nothing more than to be your shadow and cuddle buddy. Ruby lives with a cat in her foster home and, while she sometimes gets a little too excited, she’s learning the art of coexisting peacefully. She is not fond of other dogs and she needs to be an only dog for now. She’ll do best with a patient, consistent adopter who can help her continue to grow with some gentle training and structure. We think she would do best in a home with kids over the age of ten. Ruby will reward you with endless loyalty, silly zoomies, and a lifetime of tail wags. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who just needs a chance to shine, Ruby Red might be your perfect match. Ruby Red's $200 Adoption Fee is a great deal. She is spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed & current on monthly heartworm preventative. Ruby Red's estimated month of birth is 1/2023.
