Story
Auzzie is an energetic, loving dog who likes to run through a field and then cuddle in bed while winding down. She will run for hours if you let her and needs a lot of space or someone to throw toys or run with. She was raised on a farm and wants to run and play. House trained, not crate trained. For day time, she has a dog door with a fenced yard but has made it through the day being inside when the weather is bad. At night, she is in bedroom on bed or floor. Was trained as a puppy for sit, stay, & hold but we don't use them very often. Good with people and other dogs after the initial introduction. Has not been around cats to know.

Story
Dear diary, The humans have once again fed me kibble. I tell them every day I ordered farm fresh eggs, bacon, and homemade toast, but they continue to ignore my request. I have a figure to maintain, and you are what you eat. It’s bad enough they don’t have mirrors in this joint. They tell me it’s good quality kibble, but I’ve yet to get the lab results back to confirm or deny their statements. All day I am forced to listen to my neighbors' moan and yell and carry on. As if their opinions matter. How am I supposed to practice my singing and hear myself think out loud with the chick across the room blabbering on?!? When I’m not forced to listen to my obnoxious plebian roommates the humans force me to EXERCISE! Can you believe it! A few weeks ago, they tried to drown me in a pond, a few days later they forced me to walk until my legs LITERALLY fell off. And just the other day I was strapped to a machine called a “slatmill” it might as well be called a “Penny press” because I’m pretty sure it has changed me for the worse! Thankfully, it’s the only thing around here that seems to listen, and I was able to skillfully bribe it into not moving so I was able to evade the cursed exercise this time. Also, can we talk about the servants, I mean volunteers, that run this place? Sure, they feed me, potty me, pet me… but never enough and they have the audacity to pay attention to the others here? I may faint if I see it happen one more time! It’s an abomination that they think the common folk need anything besides kibble and water. Also, they feed them the same kibble as me! Can you believe that? So, which is it, am I getting high quality food or not? Because they can’t possibly be handing out MY food to these dweebs! Alas a lady shouldn’t go on too long about the woes in her life; it doesn’t do well for one’s complexion. Although I am like a princess locked up in a tower waiting for her Prince Charming (or Princess Charming ?????) I must focus on the good. So, my gratitude list is as follows… 1- I am beautiful

Story
Meet Thor! Thor is a fun and active pup looking for a family to go on adventures on! This boy's FAVORITE activity is tug and spring pole and will need a home that will meet his physical and mental enrichment needs every day. When Thor isn't busy training for the next Olympics he loves cuddling on the couch and chewing his bone as close to you as humanly possible. He would make a really fun sport dog for the right home! Like most adolescent APBTs Thor needs slow intros when meeting new canine friends, but once they get to know each other Thor LOVES playing with his canine friends.

Story
Meet Bear! Bear is a 4yr old active herding breed dog that loves nothing more than hanging out in the backyard playing disc (and he is REALLY good at catching them too!) and hanging out to cuddle on the couch afterwards, He is loud, bossy, and opinionated just like any good corgi mix should be, so be prepared to put in the work to train this boy because he will be running the household in two-weeks tops if you don't! Besides fetch Bear also loves long walks and fun training sessions. He is incredibly smart and wants to please his people. While Bear loves ALL people, he is picky about his canine friends and prefers laid back and easy-going dogs to be his friends.

Story
Meet Ellie! With a nickname like "cattle dork," you KNOW this girl is full of spunk! She is exactly what you would expect out of a ACD x Hound mix, full of life and goofiness! Ellie would love a home where she has a yard to run and play fetch in, goes on long walks (she is FANTASTIC on a leash!), and gets LOTS of cuddles (this girl seriously gives the best snuggles). She loves to work for food and learn new skills through training. Hope you have a good throwing arm because this girl will put it to work!
