Story

Sunny is a very sweet, friendly, energetic 1.5 year old dog. He was gifted to us about a year ago, I wish we could keep him but our schedules with school coming up are very busy and my sister can’t take him until February at the earliest. We just want him to have someone with enough time and space for him because we also have a cat. Sunny is good around the cat - he’s very calm, our cat just doesn’t like him and will try to attack Sunny so we need to keep them separate. Again Sunny is still good around him he doesn’t chase or react. Ideally we are looking for someone that could foster him until my sister can take take him but we are more than open to finding him a different home.

Story

This 5 year old dog has been with two owners. One of the owners was my brother, who would abused him for no reason had him in a cage 90% of his life and was neglected with no love, toys or treats. I lived with my brother for a year and house trained Amiri myself. I moved out of my brother house and Amiri was put back in a cage all day. I took him away for the abusive neglect and decided to foster him. His second owner was my neighbor who let him free but neglected his well being, cheap food and no care for his hygiene. She ended up losing him twice and was sent to the hospital for psychological reasons. He’s a very happy dog sometimes over excited and has separation anxiety. He’s does not ruin belongings when left alone, sadly he does okay with being in a kennel if needed. He was never trained to be social with other dogs for the neglected reason. He’s not aggressive he has a humping issue which can be solved with neutering. He’s a sweet loving dog and just wants love.
