Story
Riley is a 3 year old 50 lb pit bull/boxer mix. He is housetrained. He does fine with other dogs outside. Too excited during the cat test. He likes to lay on cozy beds. Gets very attached to his human. He has been with adopter two years but the owner has to find a new home for him. So we believe in a home he would do best as an only pet and would do great providing emotional support for a human. If you would like to meet him and possible adopt please text Casey at 570-441-0083. He is up to date on vaccines and he is neutered already. We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans at no charge to provide companion pets or emotional support dogs to our heroes! ##1596723##

Story
Meet Durki! He came from a kill shelter in Ga and was about to be euthanized only for space. He is a sweet boy . He weighs 50 lbs and is 4 years old. We are not sure he is cat friendly or not. He was questionable when cat tested. He is good with people and kids. We are not sure if he is housetrained because he has only been sheltered since Ga. We will complete heartworm treatment as he tested positive for that but he has no symptoms. It is curable. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Durki please text Casey at 570-441-0083. We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans with adoption fee waived in order to provide our heroes with companion or emotional support dogs . Our other adoptable pets our posted on our website as well as the very brief application form. https://rescuepetsservingvets.org.No ##1797819##

Story
Hooch is a neutered male approximately 3 years old. He was originally living with a homeless man in a nearby town and he was abandoned at a gas station. He was extremely underweight with his bones sticking out, but now he is a normal weight. He is friendly with all people and kids. Not completely sure how is is with all dogs but we will evaluate him. Not good with cats. Since he not been a home yet we are not sure if he is housetrained. He appears fine riding in a car. If interested in meeting him or adopting Hooch please text Casey at 570-441-0083. We adopt to the general public but we also provide companion animals or emotional support dogs to our military veterans at no charge. Story
Kiwi is a 2yr old spayed female that weighs 37 lbs. Kiwi was a field stray who can be kennel reactive when in a new situation.  Has gotten better over time with the dogs in the area.  She can sit, but need some leash work as can pull when first gets out, then calms down.  Has been good with dogs she has been introduced to, but we recommend slow intros to any new dogs.  She has not been around children since with us, so we have to test her yet with kids. She has been good with all adults. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Kiwi please text Casey at 570-441-0083. We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans with adoption fee waived in order to provide our heroes with companion or emotional support dogs . Story
Nala is a beautiful girl with lots of energey.  She is crate & kennel trained, as well as potty trained, but she does need to get familiar with her new environment.  She can have lots of energey andis playful.  She did spend some time with a trainer and knows basic commands, but need reinforcement and praise.  Good with adults and kids, but must take her energey level into accounts.  She has been good with dogs, but as always, slowo introductions are recommended.  We have not tested her with cats.   ##1867167##
