Story
Flower has been with us since February 2022 - she was born in October 2021. She is a 27lb Pomsky (Pomeranian/Husky mix). My daughter previously had listed her here, so if she looks familiar, she might be. Flower loves to run and be active. She does get along well with other dogs and cats (if introuduced in neutral territory) and does well with older children. She has a tendency to occasionally eat toddler socks and toys; which is why we do not recommend her for families with small children. She occasionally “escapes” when a toddler leaves the door open; but usually comes right back (especially if a treat bag is nearby). I would recommend that she have a fenced in yard to play in, or owners able to walk her daily. As I mentioned, she is my oldest daughter’s dog. My oldest daughter recently moved out unexpectedly and was unable to take her dog with her. This means we are looking for a new home for Flower.

Story
Chico is a 1-year-old male mix that weighs about 50 lbs and is looking for his adventure buddy/family to go through life with! Chico was found roaming around a neighborhood along the Texas/Mexico border. Unfortunately, there are thousands of strays in this area, and it is very normal to have dogs hanging out on the corners, looking for scraps, water and just some place to lay down. A good Samaritan noticed Chico (and a few other dogs) close to her home just roaming around for a couple weeks, and decided she wanted to help them. Matilda and Chico are 2 of the many dogs our rescue has stepped up to help her with. Chico was hanging around the area for about 2-3 months before she took him in in early December of 2025, when it was just too cold for him to be out there. Chico was a little shy at first, but it didn’t take him long to show his big personality. He is an active boy that loves to play and romp around the yard. He loves to stretch his legs and chase the other dogs around the yard. Chico needs a more active home, one that will provide plenty of exercise. Not only is Chico active, but he is also very smart and would do best with activity games to work with (where he must look for his treats or similar) to give him some challenges. He loves playing with toys, especially stuffed ones where he can dig the squeaker out and squeak it until it can squeak no more. The next best thing is making sure the cotton is all out of the toy and leaving it everywhere for the foster to pick up, this is definitely in his top 5 favorite things. He enjoys bones and balls also. Really anything that will keep him busy and enjoying himself. He is mostly crate trained unless he is left alone too long, then he does have an accident, but not on purpose. Chico is great with children but due to his activity level, we do recommend slightly older children because he is very playful and known to jump sometimes when he gets his happy zoomies. He loves his walks and going exploring! He is very curious and always up to see new things. As you can see in the video, Chico had no problems with having a bath done and if anything, he is probably one of the better-behaved dogs we have seen getting a bath! If you’re looking for a very smart, curious, energetic, playful, and loving adult dog that just needs a family to call his forever one, please consider Chico. Chico will be neutered, he is current on age-appropriate vaccinations including parvo/distemper, bordatella and the rabies vaccine. He is heart worm negative, dewormed, microchipped, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, and will receive a clean bill of health from a veterinarian prior to adoption/transport. To apply to adopt you can go to our website at: www.pawsitive-Impact-animal-rescue.org This animal is currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals out in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily. We do adopt in Central US and the East Coast. The adoption fee listed INCLUDES transport from Texas to the location where this animal is posted in. Transport goes to the following locations every 2-3 weeks Albany, NY Wells and Brattleboro, VT Willington, Enfield, New Haven and Dayville, CT Port Chester, NY Dayon and Akron, OH Grove City and Bloomsburg, PA Ridgefield and Mt Laurel, NJ White Marsh and Falls Church, MD We have happily adopted hundreds of animals this way (long distance), and we do our best to make sure the animal you are applying for is best fit for your home.

Story
Roscoe is a one year old 29 lb neutered male mix of American Staffordshire Terrier and Lab! He originally came from San Antonio, Texas. He is Heartworm negative, fully vaccinated and microchipped! He is dog friendly, people friendly and kid friendly. We still need to cat test him! Once he feels this is home, he becomes protective of his home and family members outside in fenced in yard! We suggest he is adopted by a person or family that does not live close to neighbors! He is a very sweet boy! Lays and sleeps on a dog bed! And very dog friendly! He needs a loving home! If you are interested in meeting or adopting Roscoe please text Casey at 570-441-0083. We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans with adoption fee waived in order to provide our heroes with companion or emotional support dogs . Our other adoptable pets our posted on our website as well as the very brief (5 minutes) application form. https://rescuepetsservingvets.org ##2720052##

Rottweiler Pit Bull Terrier

Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Macy is likely a 3 year old spayed (now) of Pit Bull or Rottweiler /Pit Bull mix that was found as a stray dog in Pittston, Pa. But nobody reclaimed her after being posted on lost dog Facebook pages for 4 months. So the person who found her asked our rescue to find her a good home. She weighs 53 lbs. The person that found her and brought Macy to his home initially was growling at the owner's small dog while it was jumping into her face and barking. But the person believed she was stressed out by coming into a new home after being lost or abandoned and having a dog jump in her face! So they immediately separated the two dogs and never left them together! So we really don't know yet if she is dog friendly or not, but we will test her with other dogs soon! We know she is not cat friendly when we recently cat tested her. She is currently vaccinated, microchipped and tested for heartworm/Lyme and two other tick borne diseases! All negative on everything luckily! She is absolutely people and kid friendly! Housetrained too! Calm in the home!! If you are interested in meeting or adopting Macy please text Casey at 570-441-0083. We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans with adoption fee waived in order to provide our heroes with companion or emotional support dogs . Our other adoptable pets our posted on our website as well as the very brief (5 minutes) application form. https://rescuepetsservingvets.org ##2648380##
