Story
Meet Jack!!!! Yall Jack is so sweet, but he is scared of his shadow. He is coming around to learning that all humans are not bad. Whoever his humans were before us must not have been very nice. He is learning, excepting, and appreciating love. He is extremely playful, right now his favorite toy is a rubber slice of watermelon. When this boy lays his head in your lap you can feel the stress start to slip away. The relief of love. When he is around other dogs, that is where he is comfortable. He is in line to be neutered; he is heartworm negative and up to date on vaccines. He is a full 51lbs of pure love. If you are ready to fill your home with extra love Jack is your boy!

Story
Willow sweet willow she just needs to be close to you. She was left in a house with no food or water, her puppies taken from her. She was left alone for we know over a week. When she came to us, she was producing milk, so we know her puppies hadn't been gone long. She loves to be close to you; she wants to be in your lap if you will let her. If she could be a part of your skin, I really think she would. She is gentle and extremely affectionate. A little fearful you won't come back but does NOT give off typically separation anxiety. More just so happy when you come back, like she hasn't seen you in ages. Willow is waiting to be spayed but is up to date on vaccines. She is heartworm positive though so she will need treatment. Let this girl bring joy into your life she is ready!

Story
Vinny is a special guy. He was left at his home when his owners were arrested. We are not sure how long he was left, alone, scared and unsure what was going on. Despite that he is a sweet, loving, silly boy. He loves being his goofy little self while running around waiting for you to give him the attention he fully deserves. There is nothing more important in his world them him and he will let you know that. We are working on manners, but he is picking up on right and wrong quickly. His favorite thing to do it try and get food out of your hands when you fill his food bowl. He knows which one is his kennel and doesn't have any issues going in it. Vinny is in line to get neutered. He is up to date on vaccines but is heartworm positive unfortunately and will need treatment. Don't let that hold you back on asking about this handsome fella.

Maize is a polite, sassy, sweet, full of life gal. She enjoys being right next to you all up in your business. Personal space what is that! She is good with other dogs but is on the submissive side. Gets a little unsure at first with one that is super hyper. She just needs time to get use to the energy. Maize does currently have demodex mange but is being treated for it. She doesn't let that hold her back though she is still a beautiful girl. Maize is spayed, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative. This beautiful girl just wants to love you all you have to do is let her!

Story
Parker is our senior gal here at the shelter. She was found wondering the streets here during our yearly strawberry festival. She really just enjoys laying around in the sun. Every morning she knows when it is time for breakfast and will be patiently waiting on it. Once she is given breakfast, she is happy, but of course like any senior female she will eat it when she is ready. No rush of course. She is full of manners and knows all her basic commands. Parker prefers not to use the bathroom in her kennel, so I really feel she is potty trained. She is simply just looking for people to love her and a couch to sleep on. Parker is in line to be spayed. She is up to date on vaccines but is heartworm positive so will need treatment.
