You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Dulce is a very friendly and fun-loving gal. She is extremely social with all people and all animals, but she really lights up when there are kids around. She can be a bit too in your face at times.... but she's still young and inquisitive. She is learning boundaries along with tons of other commands since she's a very smart cookie. And even though her videos show her happy, active side she definitely knows how to chill out and cuddle. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Online Adoption Application January 27, 2025, 6:44 pm

Transport available to Buffalo NY and Ontario Canada for an additional fee. Buzz. Apx 3 years old and 9.8 pounds. We are looking for an experienced adopter or a foster to adopt that is local. (San Antonio and surrounding areas) Buzz is a really sweet boy but bad at first impressions. He has a gorgeous brindle coat and once he gets to know you, he is an extremely loving dog that gets very attached to his people. He was an owner surrender, and all he ever knew was the house he was in since he was born. So Buzz is very scared of all these new people and new places. He is never aggressive and never bites. he will growl and bark at strangers and dart around, he will run away from people. He does not know so he will need to stay on a leash and harness even inside of the house for a few days until he gets used to you. A very secured backyard is a must for him . He is a gentle boy. He is just afraid and lacks confidence and socialization. Great with other cats and dogs, no small children please. He will need to use a belly band for the first week or two while he learns his good indoor potty manners. It was a rough couple days when Buzz first got here, he needs time to decompress, but after about a week he was just a happy typically lap baby. He needs some work but he is so loving once he bonds with you, he is worth the effort. Apply www.texaschihuahua.org No transport available at this time

Nala is a loving dog who would like nothing more than to cuddle. She loves to play with squeaky toys and hang out with her people. She will bark at strangers, but quickly makes friends. We are moving into a home that doesn't allow pets, otherwise we'd keep her!

Transport available to Buffalo NY and Ontario Canada for an additional fee. Tato will be ready for adoption this week. She is apx 14-16 wks and has two deformed from limbs confirmed a birth defect. She is apx 4 pounds and we are guessing she will be 7-8 pounds fully grown. Tato does NOT know she is a special needs pup so if you are looking for a quiet , little baby to carry around in a sling and she will just lay there gazing into your eyes, YOU GOT THE WRONG GAL! Tato is hyper, silly, full of energy, a bit of a picky eater, chatty, literally will try to climb a baby gate with nubbie wings for arms, plays with all the dogs, chases your feet, flies through the house on her carpet runs, uses the dog door and pee pads pretty well. She wants to be a puppy, not a project. Tato is ready for her family, for adventure and love and best friends. We are looking for a family with a fenced yard preferably as she loves outside play time. Someone capable to attend to her needs wether that may be wheels in her future, non slip carpet runs to play on in the house, strollers , etc . Special needs babies will change your life and your way of thinking, Tato will humble you at her resilience to not be kept down by the cards she had been dealt. She is an adorable and spunky girl ready for her new start and her happily ever after. Www.texaschihuahua.org Note - we are closed May 9-13th We will process applications as soon as possible .
