We found Daisy with her momma and siblings in a barn last July. We now realize that we can not keep all of them and want to find good homes for them. She is very mellow, loving, very independent, but loves attention. She is very sweet.

Story
Meet Clydesdale, a charming longhaired orange tabby kitten with the sweetest mix of personalities! Sometimes he’s your classic sleepy orange boy, curled up for a nap in a sunny spot. Other times, he’s a playful bundle of energy, especially when his sister Appaloosa is around to keep him company. Clydesdale’s absolute favorite toy? A simple rolled-up ball of paper! Give him one to bat around and carry in his mouth, and you’ll have one happy kitten on your hands. Clydesdale is comfortable around kids and teenagers, and he handles being picked up and cuddled with ease—a great trait for a busy household. He’s grown up with his sister and mom, and had some positive experience with other cats during an earlier foster placement when he was younger. He hasn’t yet met any dogs, so a slow, supervised introduction would be best if your home includes a pup. This laid-back-yet-playful kitten would fit beautifully into a family looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who still knows how to have fun. Clydesdale is ready to bring his easygoing charm to a forever home—could it be yours? Currently fostered with: Appaloosa and Ninetails Due to his young age, Clydesdale needs to be adopted into a home with a littermate or another young and playful cat. Clydesdale is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for his age. Adoption Fee: $300 + applicable tax MEET ME/ADOPT ME: If you’d like to arrange a meeting or begin the adoption process, please fill out an adoption application by visiting https://www.twincitiespetrescue.org/adoptable-animals Go to the website, find my profile and click Apply for Adoption. Story
Ninetails is a beautiful grey, black and white long haired torbie with a heart of gold. She’s a bit reserved at first meeting, but patience (and maybe some soft food as a peace offering😉) goes a long way to earning her trust and soon she’ll be seeking you out for affection, purring contentedly, and even giving your hands gentle licks. While Ninetails isn’t a fan of being picked up and held, she shows her love in other special ways: sitting close beside you, soaking up pets, following you from room to room once she’s comfortable, and reaching out to touch you with her paw. It’s a sweet, quieter kind of bond that’s incredibly rewarding to build. Ninetails does best with adults and older kids, as she prefers a calmer environment to fully relax. Though she hasn’t lived with other cats in her current foster home, she was reported to get along well with resident cats at a previous foster placement. Ninetails doesn't do well with dogs, she met some when she was a new kitty mama and it didn't go well . For someone willing to let trust grow at her pace, Ninetails offers a loyal, affectionate companionship that’s well worth the wait. She’s ready to find a patient family to call her own. Ninetails is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age. Say hello to Appaloosa, a dilute tortie kitten with beautiful gray fur and boundless energy and curiosity! This little explorer wants to investigate everything happening around her—including household chores. Sweeping up stray litter? Appaloosa considers the broom fair game and will happily pounce on it mid-sweep! Her playful, inquisitive spirit makes her endlessly entertaining to watch and interact with. Appaloosa is well-socialized with kids and teenagers, and she enjoys being picked up and played with, making her a great match for active families. She’s spent her life so far with her brother Clydesdale and mom Ninetails, and she also had positive exposure to other cats during an earlier foster stay when she was younger. She hasn’t been introduced to dogs yet, so any canine housemates should be brought into her life gradually and with supervision. If you’re looking for a kitten who will keep you on your toes with her playful antics and curious nature, Appaloosa is ready to bring some spirited fun into your home. This energetic girl is sure to keep life interesting for her new family! Currently fostered with: Clydesdale and Ninetails. Due to her young age, Appaloosa needs to be adopted into a home with a littermate or another young and playful cat. Appaloosa is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age. Story
Meet Claritin! Don't let her age fool you—this gorgeous long-haired grey lady looks, acts, and moves younger than her 9 years. With her sweet, social personality and easygoing nature, Claritin is the kind of cat who makes a house feel like home. Claritin is happiest spending time with her people, whether that's lounging nearby while you relax, keeping you company during the day, or simply being a calm and comforting presence around the house. She has a low-energy, couch-potato lifestyle and is perfectly content enjoying the quiet life. Give her a cozy spot to nap, and she'll be one happy cat! While she prefers relaxation over chaos, Claritin still enjoys a little playtime now and then. If you bring out a toy and invite her to join in, she's happy to show off her playful side before returning to her favorite lounging spot. She gets along well with other cats and is great with children of all ages. She hasn't met dogs while in rescue, so her compatibility with them is unknown. Claritin is fully litter trained and is comfortable being picked up, though she doesn't need constant handling. If you're looking for a loving, laid-back companion, Claritin is ready to fill that role beautifully. ❤️🐾 Claritin is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age. Adoption Fee: $285 + applicable tax Come see Claritin at the Petco in Stillwater located at 2080 Market Dr, Stillwater, MN 55082 ADOPT ME: If you’d like to begin the adoption process, please fill out an adoption application by visiting https://www.twincitiespetrescue.org/adopt/ search for the profile and click on “Apply for Adoption”. Story
Misty is a 10-year-old, affectionate tabby girl looking for her forever home! This pretty girl absolutely loves people and warms up very quickly. She enjoys being petted and held, while staying close to her humans. She is quite chatty, often meowing softly to talk to you. This lovely lady is a calm and affectionate companion who would love to spend her days relaxing and keeping you company.Misty has a moderate energy level and is usually more active in the evenings. She enjoys her breakfast and then likes to rest for most of the day. Around 4 to 5 pm, she starts waking up and looks for some attention or light playtime before settling in again for the night. This fluffy stripey lady is currently living in a one-bedroom apartment with one human and no other animals. She has not met any other dogs, cats, or children to date.Misty's ideal home would be one where people work from home and/or are around more often, as she loves companionship and spending time with her humans. She enjoys watching the world outside and will happily sit by the window observing people come and go.Misty has early-stage renal disease, so she drinks A LOT of water. As a result, her litter box will need to be cleaned fairly often. Since she has longer fur, she can sometimes get a bit of litter stuck on her, so occasional wiping may be needed. Misty’s forever people should be committed to keeping her happy and comfortable in her golden years, and helping her manage her kidney condition through renal-specific diet, lots of water, regular vet visits to monitor her levels, medication if needed eventually, and plenty of love!Misty will be so happy to enjoy her life as your gentle companion! There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimates.Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.Interested in adopting or learning more about this cat?
