Story
Hello! My name is Sir Reginald. I am a ‘working cat' which means that I may not be suited for the life of a house cat, but I would love to have a job in exchange for care, food, and shelter. Adoption fees are waived for working cats like me!

Story
Nigel is a wonderful and super smart kitty. He needs access to the outdoors because he really enjoys being outside and likes to go to the bathroom outside. He will let you know like a dog. He’s very doglike. He is talkative and affectionate but doesn’t like to be held. He loves his head being scratched! He will drool with pleasure and will head bump and nudge for more. He’d do best in a quiet and relaxed house. He’s low maintenance and independent but super loving too. Great, great personality! Would love to adopt him with our other kitty, Ozzy!

Story
Hi, my name is Fop and I am available for adoption!I was brought in 03/15/24 and went out to foster care. I am back now and here is what my foster had to say about me: Fop is sweet, shy, quiet, and laid back. it will not take long to win him over with chin scratches and he will then roll over for you for belly rubs. Very cute! Hear him purr. He does like a good string toy play after a good petting session. And likes to be brushed. He also likes to lay next to you for a little while too. He was also paired in foster care with a RASKC 10wk old kitten where they played together.Fop is still learning about `people move` and will watch you. The more time you spend with Fop daily you will gain his trust. Plus, scheduled AM and PM feedings. He had a good relationship with the resident cats in foster care. He would do well with older children. Sudden sounds can scare him at first. He likes string toys and a tunnel to play in and take a nap in. I strongly recommend that Fop stay as an indoor kitty where he enjoys watching comfortably from a window birds and people walking with an indoor view of the world.Fop feels lost in a big space too fast. He would do best with a slow introduction to the entire house. Being with you daily in a bedroom or office with his food, water, bed and litterbox he would be more comfortable. Daily routine belly rubs, cuddling, string toys , and brushing until he feels more comfortable to gradually explore the entire house slowly. Also, time spent daily with his person or family will create a lasting bond.My personality color is BLUE. I am a gentle and loving cat who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might need some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!

Story
My name is Lucy and I love to sit on your lap or right beside you to keep you company. I'm almost 15 years old and I've always been a bit grouchy - but never mean. Now that I'm an old lady I'm extra grouchy to any cat friends but after I've gotten used to their company dogs are just fine with me. I have developed a hyperactive thyroid in my old age, but it has been managed well with medicine morning and night. My human says the medicine isn't very expensive, so it shouldn't be a burden. As long as I have a scratching post, I don't scratch the furniture. I use my litter box and even tolerate when it isn't too tidy, even though I prefer it to be clean. My only other quirk is that I never learned how to groom myself because my sister always took care of it. So since she's not here my human has to do the job or I get matted pretty fast. My human is really sad that I need a new home, but I just can't be nice to the other cat's in the home.

Story
Luna is a very independent cat and mainly likes to keep to herself. But she loves being carried around like a baby. She only eats wet flake food and sometimes might have a couple of bites of dry cat food. She is a bit more on the scaredy side and tends to hide if someone comes over that she doesn’t know. She has been around dogs but usually would run and hide from them. I absolutely love her but living in a small apartment with a baby that is just starting to explore and eat everything isn’t realistic for us right now. My hope is that she goes to a home where she can have more freedom and the love and care she deserves.
