Meatball was found in the woods a few weeks ago. He is playful and very curious. He is a bit shy at first but he will warm up to you quickly. He is affectionate and loves to be cuddled and given lots of pets. He will need an experienced caretaker. He has been diagnosed with coccidia. He’s been treated and his symptoms have subsided but he needs follow up vet care that I cannot cover. He needs someone who is able to love and care for him both financially and emotionally. He is truly a joy to have around and we'll miss him so much!

He gets along fabulously with our senior dog, and is always doing something to make us laugh. As much as we’d love to keep him, a child in our house has developed an extreme allergy to cats. Oreo is fully litter trained, and is used to eating both wet and dry food. He is not picky whatsoever.

After hiding out for a little bit until she felt safe, she is now exploring her foster home, is getting more comfortable with each day, and has started to play. With patience, she should continue to come out of her shell, though she will likely need time to settle in to a new place. Because she is quite skittish, she would probably do better in a home without small children. She hasn't lived with other animals so we don't know how she would do with a furry friend. Meet Hazel! She’s a bit of a shy gal–she spent her first couple of weeks with us peering out from her safe space under the couch. Now that she feels more secure, she is very affectionate, playful, and chatty. She’s 11 years old, so she’s an older lady, but she is spry and peppy! While she loves to watch the wildlife through the window (and adores sniffing the world through the window screen), she is an indoor-only cat. Hazel’s previous owner was an elderly woman living in assisted living who, unfortunately, developed Alzheimer’s and could no longer take care of her. Hazel was well loved, though, and is spayed and up to date on all her shots. Please reach out should you have any questions about Hazel or if you would like to add her to your family!
