Story
Hello Everyone, My name is Sparkle and I’m a 2 mo old Great Dane baby girl who is as sweet as can be. I am looking for my happily ever after. Investing your time and love into me will be so worth it!! I am an absolute sweetheart. I was rescued and am now in a foster home awaiting my forever family. I am a sweet, loving and smart lil baby who just wants a loving family. I am happy, playful and an absolute joy to be around. I love playing and I am right at the perfect age for lots of training. I am good with children and other animals. Please add a lotta unconditional love, sloppy kisses, tail wags and endless happiness to your family and contact jbrescuerangers@yahoo.com for an adoption application and bring me home. I will come with the works (neutered, up to date on everything, micro chipped, fecal, heart worm tested, monthly heartworm, flea and tick prevented, a free vet visit and medical insurance). What more could a new family ask for? Love and Kisses, Sparkle

Story
Hi, I’m Reagan and I’m new to the rescue. I am currently decompressing and getting used to my foster family. Check back as my foster family learns more about me! Dog’s Name: Reagan Location: Yorkville, IL Date of Birth: 12/7/2024 Gender: Female Breed: Great Dane Color: Merle Dog's Weight: Gets along with: Dogs?: Yes Cats?:  Unknown Kids?: Unknown Training: Leash trained: Walks loose on leash Crate/Kennel:  Goes into crate/kennel on command Potty trained: Indicates a need to potty and doesn’t have indoor accidents Car:  Rides Well in car Meet Reagan – A Regal Beauty Ready for Her Forever Home! Reagan is a truly regal young lady with a heart full of love and a zest for life. This adorable puppy aims to please and brings the perfect mix of playful energy and sweet affection. She loves to run, romp, and play—then happily curl up for cuddles when it’s time to relax. Reagan is a total cuddle bug who thrives on attention and companionship. Personality Highlights: Playful, energetic puppy Eager to please and very affectionate Loves running, playing, and snuggling Sweet, loving, and full of joy Ideal Home for Reagan:Reagan would do best in a home with a fenced yard where she can safely burn off her puppy energy. She would absolutely love having another large-breed dog to run and play with, making a canine companion a big plus. Because she is still a puppy with lots of energy, an adopter who is ready for training, exercise, and continued socialization would be ideal. While first-time giant breed owners may be considered, experience with large or energetic dogs is preferred. Reagan is ready to bring fun, love, and cuddles into the right home—could that be yours? Story
Hi, I'm Sir Apollo and I'm ready to find my forever home. Dog’s Name: Sir Apollo Location: Chicago, IL Date of Birth: 10/01/2020 Gender: Male Breed: Great Dane Color: Blue Brindle Dog's Weight: 100 Gets along with: Dogs?: Yes - Needs slow introduction to other dogs.  He prefers his mealtime in private away from other dogs. Cats?:  No Kids?:  Yes- Older kids (10+)  Meet Sir Apollo – The Gentle Soul Finding His Courage Sir Apollo is a sweet, handsome boy who’s looking for a calm, loving home to help him continue blossoming into the confident dog he’s meant to be. Though shy and timid at first, it’s clear that Apollo wants to be brave—he’s already showing more confidence each day! With patience and reassurance, you’ll quickly see his warm, affectionate side shine through. Once you’ve earned your spot in his trusted “circle,” you’ll be greeted with joyful tail wags, excited spins, and plenty of cuddles. Apollo enjoys hiking through forest preserves, playing fetch, and carrying around his toys—but his favorite part of any day is coming home to a peaceful environment where he can relax and recharge with a happy sigh in his cozy bed. Apollo can get anxious in busy or unfamiliar situations so meeting new people one-on-one is a must.  He does take comfort in his person’s calm, confident guidance. He can be selective with other dogs and shows some resource guarding around food or toys, so slow introductions are essential. On walks, he’s generally non-reactive—unless another dog reacts first—but he’s very food-motivated and can be redirected with gentle, consistent training. Sir Apollo is searching for a quiet, stable environment with one or two adults or a family with older, calm children. He would thrive as an only dog but could potentially do well with a laid-back canine companion after slow introductions. A fenced yard would be wonderful for zoomies and fetch, though not required—he loves his neighborhood walks and is a great car rider for adventures. Apollo’s perfect match is someone patient, understanding, and confident.  Someone who can offer him the steady reassurance he needs to continue growing into the happy, secure boy he’s becoming.  If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will reward your love with devotion and gentle affection, Sir Apollo may just be your perfect match. Story
Meet Sampson & Delilah, 5 & 3 year old beautiful Great Danes! This giant pair came to us from one of our partner shelters, after being given up in less than wonderful conditions. Sampson & Delilah are on the skinny side with some skin issues from having fleas, but these 2 will certainly be the most beautiful dogs on the block in no time! They’ve lived together their whole lives and really seem to love each other, so we’d love to keep them together if we can find someone to love these 2 friendly giants! Sampson & Delilah are so incredibly sweet and just the perfect pups! Do you love your dogs tall and beautiful- these might be the 2 for you!Sampson and Delilah are a bonded pair that must be adopted together.
We'll also keep you updated on Delilah's adoption status with email updates.
