Meet Aristotle
He is a smart, deeply loyal dog with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Once Aristotle trusts you, he becomes the kind of companion who wants to be by your side through everything.
We want to be honest: Aristotle isn’t the easiest dog in the shelter. He can be anxious in new situations and may need time to warm up to unfamiliar people. He does best with patience, consistency, and adopters willing to let him move at his own pace. Because of this, he would likely thrive in an adult-only home or one with older children who understand boundaries and respectful interactions.
What makes Aristotle so special is how rewarding it is to earn his trust. Beneath his cautious exterior is a goofy, affectionate dog who loves attention, enjoys routines, and forms incredibly strong bonds with his people. He may never be the dog who loves everyone he meets — but he will love his person with his whole heart.

All approved applications are good for 12 months. Meet and greets can be scheduled with approved adopters. All dogs adopted from Just Giants Rescue are up to date on vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Some exceptions may apply. All adoption fees are non-refundable; Just Giants is a NFP 501(c)3 organization.
Meet and greets can be scheduled with approved adopters.
Transportation from the foster home to the adopter is the responsibility of the adopter to coordinate. Just Giants does not adopt outside of the continental US.
