Raya is a beautiful female Great Pyrenees who was found running loose in Richmond, CA. Raya was very scared and timid when she first came to Jelly's and wouldn't leave her kennel or take treats from staff and volunteers. She has made a lot of progress and now happily comes out of her kennel and enjoys going to the play area where she plays with stuffed animals and munches on treats. Raya is a true example of her breed. She let's you know if a stranger walks nearby and is a great protector. Raya needs extra time meeting new people or being in new environments, so would do best in a quiet, peaceful, predictable home with no other animals.

Suki is a gorgeous 5 yo Great Pyrenees who was abandoned in an orchard and rescued from a high kill Shelter in Kern County. Suki exemplifies all of the qualities of her breed. She is a true guardian who will protect her family and property with all of her being. She bonds closely with the people she loves and her love and loyalty know no bounds. She is smart, eager to please, affectionate, playful, dog friendly, great on leash....we could go on and on. Suki would do best on a farm or ranch with livestock and property to protect. Suki is spayed, UTD on vaccines and microchipped.

Leo is a drop dead gorgeous Great Pyrenees and Golden Retriever. He was adopted as a puppy and surrendered to a kill shelter for resource guarding. Leo is a perfect dog for an active single or all adult family with dog experience. Leo loves playing in the water, taking hikes, chasing a frisbee or rolling on his belly for rubs from his favorite people. Leo is very friendly to all people and plays well with confident dogs. His BFF at Jelly's is Suki, another Great Pyrenees. He will pretty much let her do anything to him. Leo is neutered, microchipped and UTD on his vaccines.

Vinny is full of love, curiosity, and the kind of playful energy that comes with puppyhood. He is a social butterfly who absolutely loves other dogs and people, and would be thrilled to have a canine sibling—or at least frequent adventures to the dog park where he can run with other dogs and play fetch. He is at his best in the company of other dogs and people. Scout is incredibly sweet and affectionate, and enjoys cuddling up and lounging around the house when he's not exploring the yard. While he still has bursts of that classic puppy enthusiasm, he’s eager to learn and thrives with positive guidance. He has quickly learned sit, down, and off and is working on recall with his foster family. He is also learning “leave it” to help redirect from frequent chewing on toys and small objects.
