**Meet Macy: Your soulful Companion!** 🌟 Macy is a 2 year old gentle girl that looks up at you with her big beautiful eyes and you can literally feel her love for you. She adores both dogs and people, and her sweet heart shines through in every interaction. Macy has a loving habit of leaning into your legs for pets and gently pawing your hand when she craves attention. Her affectionate personality makes her an instant favorite among everyone she meets. Her favorite activity is to lay beside you and put her head in your lap. 🚶 Even at 75 pounds Macy is easy on the leash and enjoys leisurely walks. She's also a great companion in the car, making road trips a breeze. We think Macy would be a home with a yard as she love sot lay in the sun and roam a bit. She does not require lots of exercise. Short walks and leisurely strolls are her jam.. Her favorite spot is to lay next to your legs on your bed. See Macy here: https://youtu.be/8SAhNjAUM98 Macy is both potty and crate trained, which makes her a well-mannered addition to any home. Although Macy does not have to be crated and is rarely destructive outside of her crate. She has been raised around children and is accustomed to living with a variety of foster dogs ranging from 13 to 55 pounds. She has a gentle play style and lopes around with her friend for a few minutes. Macy also lives with older kids but as equally great with small kids. She is gentle and doesn’t jump on anyone. Macy is cat friendly too! She is literally great with everything. Seniors… yes, little kids… yes, and spicy dogs… yes! She is the most affectionate loving girl that loves to be pet and give kisses. Her favorite position is to roll over and get belly rubs. 🏡 Macy would thrive in a loving home where she can continue to receive the affection and attention she adores. She is fostered in Texas and ready for a virtual meet and greet. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We provide weekly socialization programs for our dogs through playgroups and group leash training classes available to all dogs in our adoption program, and Doggy Sleepover, Doggy Day Out, and Ambassador programs for our boarding dogs. There is a professional dog trainer on staff to provide support for our fosters and dogs, and an off-site dog trainer for dogs that need more extensive behavior modification. This helps us learn deeply about every dog, prepare them for adoption, and ultimately match them with loving families. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 25% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. Story
Meet Sulas, affectionately known as Sully, the lovable bundle of quirk ready to steal your heart! Born in April 2022, Sully is a stunningly handsome boy with a charming personality, ensuring he’ll make a lasting impression wherever he goes. This big playful goof is always up for a romp with his foster sister Mita, especially if it involves zooming around at record-breaking speeds and splashing through rain puddles. Despite his playful nature, Sully also has a mellow side and enjoys lounging around and contemplating the world around him. He's affectionate in his own laid-back way and loves nothing more than a good cuddle. Sully has outgrown the typical puppy antics and now boasts top-notch house manners and a repertoire of basic commands. Sully is an easy companion to have around with his excellent leash skills and his willingness to head to his crate, especially if there's a delicious treat waiting for him.  Sully thrives on running and playing at the dog park, so a spacious yard or easy access to a nearby park is essential for his happiness. While he's not a fan of cats or small dogs, Sully gets along famously with bigger canine companions and people of all ages and sizes.  Sully could thrive as either an only dog or alongside a compatible female friend, especially if it’s his foster sister, Mita.  So, if you’re looking for a huggable, lovable companion with a penchant for puddle-jumping and a heart full of love, Sully is your guy. Come meet him—you won’t be disappointed! ADOPT HERE: Complete an Adoption Application for your Pyr-fect new family companion at https://gprs.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=6206. Story
Hi there, I’m Lolly, and let me tell you, I’m a real catch! I’m super easy to love, and I’ve got plenty of love to give right back. I’ve perfected the art of the classic Pyr-lean, so when I cozy up next to you, it’s my gentle way of asking for some extra loves. If you’re working from home, you’re in luck—I’d make the perfect office buddy because I’m polite, low-maintenance, and won’t interrupt your Zoom calls—unless you need a little smile, then I’m your girl! I was born in May 2021, and I’m always happy, perky, and full of smiles! I absolutely adore being outside, where I can run around with my tail wagging blissfully and a twinkly grin on my face. Belly rubs are my absolute favorite! I’ll flop on my back just to show off my playful side and get some extra rubs from you. Believe me, I can turn even the most mundane moments into a party! I’m pretty easygoing and could be your one-and-only, but I also do great with older kids who get my happy energy. I’m known for hanging out with the kids at the bus stop, leaning in for some love and giving them all my best smiles. Even though I’m crate-trained, I’m perfectly fine being left out in the house when you’re gone – I won’t chew anything up, I promise! I do great on walks and listen well, plus I’m a fabulous car rider. Honestly, I’m pretty much the whole package! So, what do you say? Story
Introducing Madison, the enchanting beauty who’s ready to weave her way into your heart and your home!  Born in December 2021, Madison’s striking appearance is impossible to ignore—with her glossy coat and expressive eyes, she’s the kind of girl who turns heads at the dog park.  But it’s not just her looks that make her special; it’s her playful spirit and love for life that truly set her apart. Playtime with Madison is like a burst of confetti! She’ll happily chase after her foster siblings, and when her foster momma joins in, it’s a symphony of tail wags and giggles. But watch out—she’s a master of stealth, loving nothing more than to quietly sneak up on her unsuspecting playmates so she can get ‘em!  When she’s not practicing her undercover ninja skills, Madison is the epitome of chill. She’s the dog you want by your side during Netflix marathons or lazy Sunday afternoons. Madison craves snuggles and will nuzzle into your lap, eyes shining with trust and affection. And when you scratch behind her ears and give her a belly rub? Pure bliss. Madison’s culinary preferences are delightfully diverse. She’ll happily munch on any treat you offer, but her true weakness? Cheese! Yes, this girl knows how to savor the finer things in life. Speaking of the finer things, Madison loves her crate and considers it her sanctuary, a cozy nook where she snuggles up with her favorite toys and dreams of sunny days and cheese-filled picnics.  Socially, Madison is a gem. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and just needs a gentle hello to make new friends. And puppies? Well, they’re her weakness—she adores their wiggly antics and sweet puppy breath. As for cats, Madison remains nonchalant. They’re a bit mysterious, like creatures from another dimension, but she’s not bothered. She’d rather focus on her walks, where she struts her stuff with grace and curiosity. Car rides? Well, if there’s ice cream involved, count her in! According to her foster momma, Madison is one of the sweetest girls she's ever known—a true lovebug who adores people and showers affection on everyone she meets.  So, if you’re ready for a dash of sweetness, a sprinkle of fun mischief, and a whole lot of love, Madison is waiting for you! This sweet girl deserves nothing but the best, including a forever home where treats flow like water, cuddles are unlimited, and cheese is the secret ingredient to happiness. Story
Meet Rocky, the care-free young pup reminiscent of a mini polar bear with his stout build and fluffy white coat. Despite having a smaller stature than is typical for a Pyrenees, he has a personality that is larger than life! Born in September 2022, Rocky is a happy-go-lucky fellow who is equally content cuddling up next to you or romping around with another dog. His energy level is moderate, with a round of zoomies each day being a highlight of his routine.  When he’s not playing or indulging his curious nature, he enjoys napping on the cool tile.  Rocky is not one to shy away from affection and will gladly plop his round rump in your lap, despite his size. His happy demeanor is infectious, making it impossible to stay mad at him, even when he's caught in the act.  Rocky is friendly with most dogs, although he can be a bit too playful for older dogs. Due to his exuberance, he would be best suited for a Pyr-experienced household with younger adults or middle-aged individuals with grown children. Rocky is looking for a loving family who will appreciate his jovial nature and provide him with the guidance and care he needs to thrive. If you're ready to welcome this happy fellow with a smile that’s pure magic into your home, Rocky could be the perfect match for you!
