Story
Meet Gunnar! Gunnar is a 8 month old husky mix. He weighs 46 pounds but still has some of growing to do. We think that he will stay in the 50 pound range. He is playful and friendly with everyone- he loves kids, other dogs, and playing all day!! However, he does love to chase cats. He is learning how to walk on a leash and working on his puppy manners. Gunnar does crate well but he would rather be right by your side. He is a rambunctious boy and he does need some manners around little kids- he has no idea how much he weighs and will jump right into you. For an adult, this is manageable. For a little kid, he will knock them over. Ideally in a home with little kids, he would do best with an owner who is use to training and setting boundaries with a puppy and kids who are not going to be afraid of a puppy who is learning how to be a respectful family member. Gunnar is mostly housetrained, but does have the occasional accident if he left inside for too long- he is still a puppy after all! Story
Leo is one of our newest owner fostered dogs! He has had a loving home his whole life, but now finds himself in need of a new home after his owner had to move out of the country. Leo is 5 years old and is a Siberian Husky. He is full grown and weighs 51 pounds. He is good with other dogs and with kids and he is house broken! He is super friendly and he loves to be petted and to go on walks. He is a wonderful snuggler on the couch. Now that he is a dignified adult, he is happy to spend most of his day lounging around the house. He saves most of his energy for when he is out and about on walks! Story
Meet Kacy ~ a fun loving 2 year-old, female Husky mix, who’s as sweet as they come! Kacy is extremely outgoing and has the best personality. She absolutely loves everyone she meets and is a very happy go lucky girl. Kacy is smart and listens very well. She will sit, shake and lay down on command. She weighs around 50 lbs, is spayed, current on shots and crate trained. She doesn’t have the thick, fluffy coat of a purebred Husky so that’s a lot less dog hair to brush!! She is great in the house and a non-chewer. Ready to add a fun, loving and spunky girl, who loves walks, car rides and especially belly rubs to your life?&#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 ***Kacy needs a fenced yard, preferably with a 6 ft wood fence which she currently has in her foster home. When you meet this girl you will fall in love, we promise!! For more info on Kacy, email caninecrusadersatlanta@yahoo.com.July 19, 2024, 12:10 am
