Story
Hi hoomans, my name is Doli, and I'm in the prime of my life at about 11-years-old.  Everyone comments on my sky blue eyes and thick husky-type hair that is every shade of gold you can imagine. My tail is like a fox's - thick, long, and curly. At 50 lbs, I am a fit and healthy girl  I am very chill and quiet. That doesn't mean I don't get excited because I do! When the "hoomans" come home, I do a fun little wiggle dance to welcome them! I would be a great fit for a shared wall situation (i.e., like an apartment of townhome) since I rarely bark. I LOVE being outside and like going on walks and car rides. When I am inside, I have the very "bestest "manners. I like the security of my crate, but I don't need to be locked in. I sleep in my crate, on the floor, or in the master walk-in closet that I think is my den. I wouldn't dream of chewing up anything. Well, maybe I would DREAM it but wouldn't DO it! I am shy around new people but warm up quickly and have adjusted fine in my foster home. I am not a fan of other animals, but if I see them out, I ignore them and hope they go away!  More of my pictures can be found here:  https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjA21ay Hope to meet you soon! Story
Meet Bobo Leon, a breathtakingly handsome, 1.5 year old, husky with dazzling crystal blue eyes and a heart overflowing with love. Weighing in at 67 pounds, Bobo is a social butterfly who thrives on companionship and is searching for his forever family. His affectionate and goofy personality shines during walks, playtime, and those sweet moments when he’s simply by your side. True to his husky nature, Bobo is energetic, athletic, and always ready for adventure, but he also enjoys winding down with sofa snuggles and sleeping close to his humans at night.   Bobo’s ideal home includes a fully fenced yard (at least 6 feet high) to keep this clever escape artist safe, especially when he’s feeling curious or playful. He needs a family experienced with the husky breed who can provide plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and consistent companionship. Despite a rough start in life, having spent much of his early days outdoors and alone, Bobo has shown remarkable resilience and is learning the joys of indoor living, quickly becoming a wonderful companion.   Several months ago, Bobo’s journey took a dramatic turn when he was hit by a car after escaping his previous home’s yard, but this led to a new beginning with a loving foster family who found him injured but determined. After successful surgery for a hip injury and dedicated rehab, Bobo is now thriving, receiving regular checkups and making excellent progress in his recovery. As of Summer 2025, Bobo is fully housebroken and crate trained, able to stay in his crate for up to five hours if he has a dog sibling for company.   Bobo truly flourishes with at least one other dog of similar size and energy to play with, but he is also good with small dogs as long as they are willing to engage and play with him and are comfortable handling his size and enthusiasm. While he’s gentle, his playful spirit means he may be a bit much for dogs who prefer a quieter lifestyle. As Bobo settles into his pack, he has become more independent, showing wonderful mental balance and adjustment, yet he remains affectionate and always ready to share his signature husky hugs. If you’re looking for a resilient, loving, and playful companion who will bring endless joy and affection into your life, Bobo Leon is ready to meet you!   An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
" SEV " Sev is a young, affectionate, handsome 1.5 year old red and white husky pup with beautiful bi-colored (blue and copper) eyes. Sev was on a tether and did not have a safe yard to run and play to get his exercise, and will need a high secure fence (at least 6 ft tall) and with a reinforced bottom to prevent him digging out and looking for adventures. He does ok with other dogs his size, and loves to play but does not like to share his toys, and or food/treats. As with any working breed, Sev needs an active home with someone who can give him lots of time and attention, play, and yard time and take him for walks. Preferably someone who has experience with Sibes, and knows how to handle these escape artists! Being close to you physically is his favorite pastime- cuddling, and playing fetch and chewing on large antlers and husky toys. (*NO cats or small dogs, as he has a typical husky high prey drive. ) Sev is healthy, neutered, HW negative, and fully vetted.

Story
Pan is a 2-year-old, play-first-snuggle-later kind of pup who's ready to be your ultimate adventure buddy. With his higher energy and love for fetch, Pan would be the perfect companion for hiking, biking, or any outdoor fun you can dream up. He’s already a smart cookie, knowing commands like sit, down, stay, and give paw—and yes, it’s even cuter with his one striking blue eye! Pan walks well on leash, though sometimes his excitement gets the best of him, especially when he spots something fun ahead. Friendly, independent, playful, and totally goofy, Pan brings a lot of personality to the table. He absolutely loves toys and is always down for a game. While he can be a bit rough during play, some continued training and guidance will help him channel all that enthusiasm into good manners. Despite his energetic play style, Pan is super chill and relaxed at home. Once he's had his playtime, he’s all about lounging and soaking up affection. If you're looking for a fun, affectionate, and active best friend, Pan might just be your perfect match!

Story
Maya is a 3-year-old female purebred Alaskan Malamute. Her owner passed away and she now needs her forever loving home. She is for adoption through Castoff Pet Rescue and is needing a new home ASAP. Maya absolutely loves people. She is energetic and loves adventure, but she also loves to chill and cuddle. She is iffy around other pets, mainly dogs. She tends to want to play with cats, which can scare them. As long as she is walked or let out frequently, she is housebroken. Maya is also VERY resilient. When her owner passed, she was left outside without food (and possibly without water) for multiple days. Sadly, her German Shepherd sister did not survive, but Maya was picked up from the shelter and remained as happy as can be. She is always joyful, and all she cares about is loving her person. If you could be that person for her, please fill out the application: Adoption Link: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ACPR/Dog Foster Link: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/foster/ACPR/Dog
