Hi there, Im Fergus! Im a big, sweet, older dude looking for a fun and laidback family to hang out with. Its finally time for me to enjoy the good life! My early life wasnt the best, and Ive been through a rough time. I was rescued and then had to go through a bit of surgery to fix some things, but the kind folks here did a great job patching me up! Now that Im feeling better, my spirits are up and Im ready to become your new best friend. While Im a bit on the older side, I still got some pep to my step. I love going outside for walks, exploring a yard -- maybe with a gentle gallop -- and chasing after a ball or two (Im still working on bringing it back to you, though). Im also a friendly guy. I love meeting new people. My big size and fluffy fur really make people want to give me pets and scratches, and I just cant get enough! I may even plop down and roll over for you! I do know a few commands, like Sit and Paw, and Im always happy to accept some treats. Im also housebroken already. So, are you looking for a big and fluffy best buddy?
