Brownie is a 6-year-old spayed female Siberian Husky who has been part of our family since she was a puppy. She is loving, loyal, playful, and enjoys being around people. She has done well with children and loves attention. Brownie can live with other pets, but she does best with slow introductions and a little time to get comfortable before interacting with them. She has limited long-distance vision, but it does not stop her from enjoying life. She gets around well in familiar surroundings and adapts quickly. Like most Huskies, she sheds year-round and enjoys regular walks and time outdoors. We are looking for a patient, loving home that understands the Husky breed and can give her the care, structure, and attention she deserves. This has been an incredibly difficult decision for our family, but we are relocating out of the country and unfortunately cannot take her with us. Our only goal is to find Brownie a safe, stable, forever home where she will be loved and well cared for.

My new home will need to have a tall, sturdy fence, preferably one that I cannot see through. Due to my breed, I have a pretty intense prey drive and think cats and other small mammals are toys that I need to seek and destroy. So, no feline friends in the same household for me.
