Koa is a smart and friendly Husky mix, born in March 2022, weighing 50lbs. This beautiful girl has one blue eye, one brown eye, and the softest fur! Koa came to BarkVille Dog Rescue after she was found running up and down a busy road frantically. Sadly, it is believed that she had been dumped by her previous owners. This intelligent girl is eager to please and already knows all her basic commands, and is house trained. Koa is friendly with people, kids, and dogs (with slow and proper introductions). She is a high energy girl who loves to play fetch with her ball, hike, and play tug of war. She LOVES going for walks and has good leash manners. Koa also enjoys going for car rides - she is always down for a fun adventure! This happy girl would love a forever home with a fenced yard (6&#39 fence), and a family that will commit to providing her the daily exercise/stimulation that she needs. Queen is a wonderful dog around 11-12 years. She will take some time to adjust to a new home. She came from an extreme neglect situation and is doing well with me but still is skittish around new situations or people. It is amazing how resilient animals are! She was malnourished and living in a pen for years with little human contact. She loves other dogs and will play for hours but will wait to come in the door until the coast is clear of humans. She does not love the human touch but will tolerate it and show no aggression when touched, just discomfort. Queen will thrive in a calm, quiet household with another dog and lots of love.

Annalise is a grey and white beauty. Annalise was an owner surrender and out of time at a high kill shelter. Owners probably used her up from overbreeding. She loves to play but is also perfectly content to sit on the couch and watch TV. Annalise would be considered a senior probbly 9-10 years old. She is sweet once she gets comfortable but fearful and barks at new people. Annalise was treated for ectopic ureters and is doing great but will need to be on estrogen and proin for life. Hi hoomans, my name is Doli, and I'm in the prime of my life at about 9 years old. Everyone comments on my sky blue eyes and thick husky-type hair that is every shade of gold you can imagine. My tail is like a fox's - thick, long, and curly. At 50 lbs, I am a fit and healthy girl I am very chill and quiet. That doesn't mean I don't get excited because I do! When the "hoomans" come home, I do a fun little wiggle dance to welcome them! I would be a great fit for a shared wall situation (i.e., like an apartment of townhome) since I rarely bark. I LOVE being outside and like going on walks and car rides. When I am inside, I have the very "bestest "manners. I like the security of my crate, but I don't need to be locked in. I sleep in my crate, on the floor, or in the master walk-in closet that I think is my den. I wouldn't dream of chewing up anything. Well, maybe I would DREAM it but wouldn't DO it! I am shy around new people but warm up quickly and have adjusted fine in my foster home. I am not a fan of other animals, but if I see them out, I ignore them and hope they go away! This is Luna. She is a 2 year old Husky/Lab mix. She was abandoned in March by a neighbor so we took her in. She has become quite comfortable with my cat, cuddling with him during their naps, though she is still learning how to play. Her favorite days consist of a morning jog, an afternoon nap, some quality time, and lots of time at the dog park or in the backyard. She loves to play chase and wrestle with other dogs. Unfortunately, she has not been around children and can struggles with boundaries. However, she is the most loving animal ever. Seeing how excited she is to be loved, and how happy she is all the time, has brought so much light into my life. We are hoping to give this lovely lady a new home with a more suitable environment for her personality. She prefers a more active lifestyle, she loves to run and chase is her prefered form of play.
