Introducing Gato! Our biggest cat we have! Just kidding... Gato is a 75 pound Lab/Husky mix that still has some room to fill out. Gato is approximately 1 years old so he could benefit from some training and a large backyard to burn off energy in. Gato is full of silly antics that shine through in his charming personality. He loves going for walks and wrestling with friends. Gato is dog friendly but enjoys wrestling with his buddies so much that we are looking for a home without cats or young kids at this time (kids 5+ okay). His adoption fee is $235, which includes his vaccines, fecal exam, deworming, current heartworm/flea prevention, heartworm test, registered microchip, and neuter.

Dama is an adorable paraplegic husky pup who is ready to find her forever home! Dama was our very first paraplegic SAYv. This gorgeous girl was rescued by an amazing family from Mexico. They saw this cute baby husky in a wooded area and couldn't leave her there to fend for herself. They got her vaccinated and ready to come to the U.S. Once here, the family searched around for a rescue to take her in... time was running out. When we saw her being shared, we were immediately drawn to Dama's story. Thankfully we had an amazing foster that agreed to step up to the challenge which allowed us to say YES. Dama has been getting the royal treatment in her current foster home. She loves her swim lessons and therapy sessions - they keep her limber and mobile. Dama came rolling into rescue like she was on fire. She is a gorgeous husky puppy girl who loves all people and animals. She is always down for a good play time and loves to tell you about her day. Dama would do best in a house with another playful dog. Even though she is in go mode a lot, she does love a good bone and chill time. Don't let her cart worry you, because she doesn't let it hold her back. She just needs her bladder expressed a few times a day to make sure it's empty. Then she's good to go! We know that having a paraplegic dog isn't the easiest thing in the world, but we promise, we will explain EVERYTHING and give you the support you need to allow this girl to fit into your family perfectly

This lovable, lively, 8-month-old girl looks and acts like an Australian Kelpie, but we just got her DNA results back and she's Husky, Labrador, Pomeranian, and Australian Shepherd. Ashlee was “bought” on the street after being separated from her mom at 6 wks., then spent most of her time alone in a garage or on a patio basically raising herself. Since coming to our home a little over 5 months ago she’s had a couple senior furry “mentors” and with the guidance of a professional trainer and daily reinforcements we’ve been able to undo bad behavior and learn the good stuff below: -sit, down, stay, off, high five, leave it, do business -will “sit-stay” while you’re opening a door -how to get treats out a puzzle -catches treats mid-air -takes a treat gently from your hand. -gives “smoochies” -walks great on a leash -doesn’t need to be crated, but doesn’t mind either -doesn't chew furniture -only jumps on the couch for a short stay -housebroken, uses bells on door handle to alert you when she needs to go out -eats 3 x’s a day instead of graze feeding -”get it, bring it, drop it”, well...still working on this Incredibly intelligent and fast-learner, we think she would be an awesome agility, arson, or K-9 cop candidate as she loves to work and has an incredible sense of smell! Due to her young age, she will do best in a home with someone home most of the day, kids over 10 and an would get along with an active K-9 playmate. A fenced yard is a must for her twice a day case of the Zoomies. Applicants should be familiar with training pups or willing to work with a professional trainer, this is essential. MaRishka... MaRishka came into the rescue while she was still in the womb of her mama, Mama-ishka! A good samaritan reached out to us to help Mama. She was a regular stray in the neighborhood especially after her owners up and left her behind. They moved and didn't bother to take her with them. MaRishka is the only deep auburn fur baby of her litter. And she is the only female pup that has the MOST STRIKING BLUE EYES of her litter. She is adorable, sweet, and loves to give kisses. She is at times quiet within the five puppies in her litter. She will sit back and watch everything around her. She is a smart girl! Of the four girls pups, she is the biggest one. MaRishka has taken to learning her puppy lessons from her mama very well. Mama-ishka has taught the kids that you don't pee/poo in your bed area nor near your food. She is also being potty trained. She will wake up and quickly make her way to the backyard door. She will even wake up from her naps and cry out to let us know she has to pee. She is a FAST learner! But, considering her young age she will need continued training to help her be the best pup that she can be. She's at the perfect age to introduce into any home! MaRishka is being kennel trained as well and is being taught that there is a schedule. Wake up time for pee/poo/play and breakfast is at 7:30am. She plays with her sister and a few other dogs until 8am. Then there is a nap from 8:30-10am. Another pee/poo/play from 10-11am with a few of the adult dogs. MaRishka is a happy girl that likes to be around dogs that are on the lower to medium energy side. Another nap from 11-1pm. And then another chance to go outside with the younger pups. At times, she has decided that she would rather sleep and cuddle inside during that time. She is overall a low to medium energy pup. She is up and about again at 6pm for play/pee/poo and dinner at 6:30pm. Another nap time at 8:30pm. Last chance for pee and poo is 10-11pm. She falls asleep by 11pm. Ready to repeat again the following day! This little girl is such a HUGE LOVE BUG!!!
