Meet Daphne, a gorgeous 10-month-old Husky mix! She is full of energy, fun, and love! Daphne will need work on usual puppy things like not jumping up, walking nicely on leash, and potty-training. She's a smart girl who already knows sit and paw- she can be a bit stubborn though, and may decide she's not in the mood to listen to commands. Daphne is dog friendly and has enjoyed playing through the fence with our other dog-friendly dogs. Daphne would love a home to keep her active and enriched! She has plenty of energy for walks and playing. Daphne would greatly benefit from a home that has husky experience.

Story
Zoey is a 5yo Siberian husky. I found Zoey two years ago advertised as "Free Siberian Husky." I was extremely alarmed when I saw this and responded explaining to the lady that dogs advertised as free are in danger of being taken to fight. She told me that she also had gotten Zoey for free from a woman that got her from a rescue. She said Zoey had no problems and that her reason was that they had a baby. She gave Zoey to me and disappeared. The rescue that she came from is also no more. Zoey is a wonderful dog but she has obviously had some trauma. She startels when she woken and snaps and growls when her lines are crossed, she's a husky. She has bitten (she immediate feels terrible). Zoey would be an excellent companion for the right person. She is smart, loving, friendly and loves to be with people. She is great with most dogs, she is not great with our other dog. They have decided they can't live together and we can no longer keep her. The situation is urgent.
