Story
Sabbath is a year old puppy dog. He is 13 months. He is very goofy, playful and very friendly to everyone he meets. He loves the dog park and making new friends. Im very sad to give him up but unfortunately I am having some health issues that I need to focus on and have not been able to give him what he needs. He's a very smart dog and needs more training, but he has the basics down. He can sit, lay down, roll over, is crate and house trained. He needs more work with stay, drop, leave it, and recall but hes getting there. He's also very active and would love someone who could get him out a few times a day to run off his energy. He loves fetch, tug of war, chewing bones and sniff walks. He also loves lots of pets and cuddles. He is a funny dog because he sleeps on his back, paws up and when he sits on the couch, he only puts his butt and hind legs on it with his 2 front paws still on the floor. Im really hoping to find someone who will love him as much as I do.

🐾 MEET JUNIPER 🐾 He came from the desert with nothing — and somehow already has everything figured out.📌 Age: ~10 weeks | Mix: Shepherd × Lab × Husky × Cattle Dog | Size: Will grow to medium-large✅ Dog Friendly | ✅ Kid Friendly | ✅ Cat FriendlyHis storySomewhere on the Navajo Nation in the Arizona desert, seven tiny puppies decided they weren't done yet. No mom. No shelter. No food or water. Just scorching heat, wide open land, and seven scrappy little souls who had absolutely no idea they were supposed to give up.One of those puppies is Juniper. And he made it.He and his 6 siblings were found abandoned on the Rez at just a few weeks old — alone together in conditions that would have broken most. But this little boy came out the other side with his dark eyes bright, his white chest puffed, and that signature head tilt that says "I see you, and I think you might be exactly what I've been looking for."Spoiler: he's right.WHO HE ISLook at him sitting on that couch like he already owns the place because, in his mind? He does! Juniper has the kind of quiet confidence that only comes from a puppy who's already been through something real and decided the world is still worth showing up for. He's dark and handsome with a white blaze on his chest, white-tipped paws that look like he got dressed up for the occasion, and a tail that curls just enough to let you know he's pleased with himself. He is going to be something. Shepherd smarts. Lab loyalty. Husky spirit. Cattle dog tenacity. All of it wrapped in a sleek dark coat with just enough white to make him look like he's wearing a tuxedo to his own adoption. He'll be the dog who learns your routine before you've even noticed he's paying attention. The one who's already waiting at the door when you grab your keys. The one your kids will grow up telling stories about. What he needsJuniper will grow into a medium-to-large dog with a working dog brain and a soul that needs a real home to pour himself into. He'll thrive with an active family, consistent training, and someone who understands that a dog this smart needs a job. Even if that job is just being your very best friend. He already survived the desert. Now he just needs someone to hand him the keys.Ready to fall in LUV? Story
Rhyno-18 month old black lab blend. Neutered- Hi! My name is Rhyno! I’m an 80 lb. neutered lab mix boy that’s 18 months old, full of puppy energy, and up-to-date on all my vaccines and preventatives. My biggest goal in life is to please my person, so I learn quick. I’m house and crate trained, and walk well on a leash. I live to give kisses and to receive belly rubs! In short, I’m a big lovebug! In Texas, I was picked up as a stray with a broken jaw. The shelter tried to stabilize it but was unsuccessful. After a couple of months in the shelter, my jaw healed on its own, albeit a bit crooked. My foster mom says it gives my face character. I enjoy other dogs, but a home with small children probably wouldn’t be a good fit for me as I don’t realize how big I am. Will you give me a forever home to love and be loved in? I promise you won’t regret it! ##1419259##

Story
Smokey is a fun-loving, 3-year-old mix of Labrador, German Shepherd, and a little something extra that makes him truly one of a kind! This handsome boy was rescued in July 2024, and thanks to the incredible support of our community, he received the care he needed—including TPLO surgery to fix his knee. Now, he’s fully healed, full of life, and ready to find his forever home! Smokey is bursting with energy, enthusiasm, and love! He’s a bouncy, happy boy who thrives on playtime and would be overjoyed to have a doggy sibling to wrestle and romp around with. He’s at his best with larger dogs who can keep up with his playful spirit, though confident smaller pups are welcome too! During his recovery, Smokey stayed with our Behaviorist, where he not only healed but also polished up his doggy manners. He’s eager to keep learning and would thrive with an active family that enjoys walks, beach outings, and training adventures. His playful nature makes him a great match for families with teens and older. And let’s not forget—Smokey is a foodie at heart! He’ll happily soak up all the love (and treats!) you have to offer. His charm is irresistible, and everyone who meets him falls in love instantly—could you be next? Story
Meet Gordon! Gordy came to us during one of the hardest moments of his life. His family, facing heartbreaking circumstances, was told he would be euthanized if surrendered to a local shelter. Desperate to save him, they reached out to rescues — and we said yes. And we are so glad we did. Gordy is young, happy, and full of love. He didn’t deserve to suffer — and despite everything, his gentle heart is still wide open. He’s a sweet, slightly shy boy who has lived peacefully with three small dogs and truly enjoys the company of other pups (he has a soft spot for Chihuahuas!). He’s crate trained, potty trained, and wonderfully well-mannered — the kind of dog who quietly fits into your routine and your heart. Right now, Gordy needs a little extra care. He’s battling severe allergies, a skin infection, and a serious ear infection — one of the toughest we’ve seen. We’re doing everything we can: medicated baths, vet visits, treatment plans, and lots of TLC. Even through discomfort, Gordy remains patient and kind — he even gave his vet a kiss at his very first appointment. Currently, Gordy is staying at a boarding facility. He is safe — but this isn’t where healing truly happens. He needs a foster home where he can rest on soft bedding, feel warmth, and experience stability. A home environment will help his body recover and allow his sensitive spirit to feel secure again. Underneath it all is an incredibly loving, loyal, and smart dog who is just waiting to bloom. Gordy is proof that with patience, love, and care, the very best in a dog shines through. If you can foster or adopt, you won’t just be helping a dog — you’ll be changing a life. Story
04/18/26 18:11From the foster:This is Boo. A beautiful young girl with long legs, pearly white teeth, sparkly dark brown fur and a cute white stripe down her nose. She loves to cuddle, get belly rubs, lounge in the sunshine, throw her toys in the air and catch them and zoom around! We believe she is at the most 2 years old but probably younger with a super playful and sometimes mischievous spirit. She was found as a stray and brought into the shelter with a male dog. They were extremely bonded. The male went back home but Boo was left at the shelter. She is in a foster home now adjusting to being on her own and needs to build up her confidence. She has not been tested with indoor cats yet but she sees a rooster in her front yard everyday and completely ignores it. She does like to chase squirrels on her walks, but can be redirected to leave them alone. She is currently being tested with dogs to see what a good match for her would be. She has very high energy when she zooms around so she’s best around older children that understand that. Boo handles beautifully. She loves getting her teeth brushed every night and allows us to cut her nails and give her a bath even though they aren’t her favorite activities. The thing about Boo is you need to give her time to get to know you. She is uncertain with new people especially men or people who approach her too fast and will bark at them. But once she trusts you, she will be your best friend. In her foster home she lives with her foster grandma who is in an electric wheelchair and Boo is so gentle and loving with her. She has a very sweet spirit. She is super smart and eager to please which makes training her lots of fun and she’s very treat motivated. Currently she is learning all her good manner commands like sit, down, heel, touch, mat and come. She is also fully house trained and she learned how to use the dog door in one day! Did I mention how smart she is?An ideal home would be with someone willing to continue her training, help build her confidence and take introductions very slow. In return you will be getting the most loving playful cuddly best friend that will add so much joy to your life.
