Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Transferred from Irving Animal Services in Irving, Texas; mom and two pups -- other three pups in this same litter were transferred two weeks ago. All are fixed and rabies done. From the foster: Say hello to sweet Sally! Sally is an adorable little mutt with maybe a sprinkle of Pitbull and Boxer, but definitely a whole lot of charm. She has the cutest stripe that stretches from her nose up to her forehead, plus two perfect little dots on her nose that look like they were painted on just to make her extra irresistible. Sally is a total lovebug. She adores people, so if you’re looking for a shadow who will happily soak up all your attention, she’s your girl. She’s also great with other dogs, and with her gentle, friendly personality, she’ll probably be wonderful with kids too! This smart cookie already knows her name and understands “no” pretty well. She’s working hard on potty training and all the puppy basics, and she’s doing a fantastic job — she wants so badly to make her people proud. If you’re dreaming of a sweet, snuggly, eager-to-love pup with a one-of-a-kind face and a heart of gold, Sally is ready to wiggle her way right into your life… and your lap! www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

What we know: Transferred from Irving Animal Services in Irving, Texas; mom and two pups -- other three pups in this same litter were transferred two weeks ago. All are fixed and rabies done. From the foster: Meet Woodstock! If you’ve been looking for a dog who can brighten your day with just one look, say hello to Woodstock — a charming mutt with possibly some Boxer and Pit Bull in the mix, and definitely the most ridiculously adorable little ears you’ve ever seen. Seriously, they flip-flop forward like he’s permanently leaning in to hear your secrets. He’s smart, eager to learn, and always happy to be part of whatever you’re doing. Woodstock gets along wonderfully with people and other dogs, and he’s probably great with kids too — he’s got that sweet, gentle vibe that wins everyone over. He’s also learning to potty train; he’s still figuring it out, but he’s doing a great job and improving every day. Want a hiking buddy? He’s in. A couch companion? Say no more. Someone to show off at the park because of those fabulous ears? Absolutely. Woodstock is ready for his forever home — one filled with love, patience, playtime, and plenty of photo ops. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who will make you smile every single day, Woodstock is your guy. Come meet him and let those flip-flop ears do the rest! www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

Story
0925111 -  Sweet Senior Alert: Juji is Ready for Adoption!  Our foster dog Juji is the definition of a gentle soul with a heart full of love. This gorgeous girl is about 8 years old and has that classic lab personality — easygoing, friendly, and always ready to make a new best friend. Juji loves everyone she meets — humans, dogs, and even cats! She enjoys a good walk or a short hike, still gets the zoomies every now and then, and adores being part of whatever’s going on. Juji came to us after one of her owners passed away, and the family could no longer afford to care for their three large dogs. It’s clear she was loved — maybe a little too much at the dinner table — because she’s currently working on shedding a few pounds. We’ve done all the vet checks (thyroid, blood sugar, bloodwork, even Cushing’s), and everything looks pretty good. Turns out, Juji’s just been spoiled with too many snacks! Now she’s on a healthy diet and already starting to feel lighter and more energetic. If you’re looking for a sweet, mellow companion who still has a little spunk left in her paws, Juji could be your girl. She’ll fill your home with love, laughter, and plenty of tail wags.
