Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Puppies were transferred to Colorado Puppy Rescue from Littlefield Pet Haven (Texas). Per partner notes, the puppies are from a litter of 5 aged at 7 months old. Due to their size, CPR is unable to intake the full litter at once and will be receiving them in waves. One puppy from the litter was adopted in Texas prior to transfer. Per surrender information, the owner reported the puppies were becoming too large to keep and surrendered the litter to Littlefield Pet Haven, all dogs in litter came fixed and vaccinated per their age. From the foster: Meet Daisy, a large, sweet, and curious puppy who greets every morning as if it’s the best day of her life. The moment she wakes up, she’s ready to stretch, wag, and welcome whatever adventure comes her way. This girl is eager to please and lives for head scratches and treats, making training a breeze. In just a few days she’s mastered potty training, crate life, and the doggie door. She’s great on a harness + leash and will even show off a “sit” when treats are involved. She gets along great with other dogs humans of all sizes, though she does not yet fully comprehend that she’s not lap-sized. She’s energetic in the morning, but this pup is chill as the day goes on. She would love nothing more than to finish her day snuggling in next to her forever humans and dozing near the couch. If you’re looking for a loving companion with a curious spirit and a heart as big as her paws, she’s ready to make your world a little sweeter. www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

From the foster: Mister is the friendliest pup right from the start. He loves to be pet with a gentle hand and follow you around if you're moving about. He does well on a leash, and could still use practice not getting so distracted by other people on the sidewalk/in the park. He seems to be housebroken. He's only had one accident in the house (and I think that was just because he was a little nervous being in a new place). He loves to chew on his toys, but watch out, he can steal the occasional shoe if he wants your attention. As soon as you look in his direction he drops it. He is so sweet and kind. He truly just wants to be loved and have a best friend to follow through life. He would be an amazing and gentle addition to any home. www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

Story
0925111 -  Sweet Senior Alert: Juji is Ready for Adoption!  Our foster dog Juji is the definition of a gentle soul with a heart full of love. This gorgeous girl is about 8 years old and has that classic lab personality — easygoing, friendly, and always ready to make a new best friend. Juji loves everyone she meets — humans, dogs, and even cats! She enjoys a good walk or a short hike, still gets the zoomies every now and then, and adores being part of whatever’s going on. Juji came to us after one of her owners passed away, and the family could no longer afford to care for their three large dogs. It’s clear she was loved — maybe a little too much at the dinner table — because she’s currently working on shedding a few pounds. We’ve done all the vet checks (thyroid, blood sugar, bloodwork, even Cushing’s), and everything looks pretty good. Turns out, Juji’s just been spoiled with too many snacks! Now she’s on a healthy diet and already starting to feel lighter and more energetic. If you’re looking for a sweet, mellow companion who still has a little spunk left in her paws, Juji could be your girl. She’ll fill your home with love, laughter, and plenty of tail wags.
