Story
Brooks is a big, lovable guy full of personality who loves every human he meets. To meet this pup is to love him! Everyone sings his praises~ In addition to his handsome good looks, Brooks is playful, happy and enjoys a good round of fetch—if there’s a ball, he’s ready to chase it! He’s also a big fan of walks, runs, and rides in the car or golf cart. He enjoys lounging on his cozy cot when it’s time to relax and loves his toys just as much as he loves people. He’s crate trained and potty trained (has done great being left out of his kennel for 3–4 hours with no accidents). He knows commands like “sit” and “lay down” and is working on polite greetings (learning not to jump up when he’s excited). With other dogs, Brooks is respectful when another dog tells him “no” and has done especially well with calmer-natured companions. Brooks recently spent some time with 3 small Dachshunds and was very kind with them! Like most dogs, Brooks likes to meet other dogs slow and easy without a lot of exuberrance from the other dog inititially. After he gets to know them then he enjoys rough housing and playing. Brooks adores kids, but may accidentally knock them over with his enthusiasm. If you're looking for a joyful, active, affectionate dog who will be your ride-or-die best friend, Brooks is your guy. He’s got the energy to keep up on adventures and the heart to settle down with you at the end of the day. He is very eager to please you which makes training productive and rewarding for both you and Brooks! Brooks is ready to meet you—and probably bring you a toy! Brooks ishouse, crate and leash trained. Currently he weighs around 70 lbs and the best estimate on his age is 2 to 3 years. Brooks can scale a 6ft fence so he must be supervised and on leash in the yard. He has jumped the fence at his current foster but does not go anywhere. This devoted pup has great recall with his current foster person and is allowed offleash. We think his propensity to escape likely improve once he learns where home is but me must be closely monitored. Or he responds great to an electronic collar while he is in the fence. He is nearly perfect in every other way!  PLEASE GO TO OUR WEBSITE TO SEE MORE PICS AND VIDEOS https://www.circle2rescue.com/available-pets/ If you would like to adopt, please complete an application  at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $250 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   ##2414296##

Story
This is Lola! She is 4 years old, her birthday is 9/15/2021. We adopted Lola from a shelter at the age of 8 weeks, and from day one she has been an absolute lover. Unfortunately, we were unable to get her exposed to children, so she will do best in a home with the youngest children probably 12 or older as she is reactive with littles, especially toddlers. Lola has shown signs of overwhelm at large gatherings, especially when children are around. Lola loves to wrestle, fetch, hike, run, and play with other dogs at the dog park! She is extremely active and will do well with a family who spends lots of time outdoors. She is fully crate- and house-trained, has excellent recall, and knows the basic commands (sit, lie down, stay, leave it, take). She is extremely intelligent and needs lots of mental stimulation. She loves puzzles and is very food motivated (she LOVES doing regular short training sessions using small treats throughout the week). She absolutely loves to make her people happy!

Hi, I'm Petey, your perfect pup companion! I enjoy peanut butter, squeaky toys, and sleep in my crate (or on the couch) like a champ. I'm a little shy on walks with all the new noises, but I'm having a blast taking in all the new sights, sounds, people and pups! I'm a good listener, and am pretty familiar with basic commands of sit, no, and lay down. I'm working on my potty training and living for those outdoor potty rewards. I'd be a perfect solo snuggle buddy or would love another pup to keep showing me the ropes!  ##2640533##

Meet Athena – tiny goddess, BIG heart! Athena is an 8-week-old cuddle bug with just the right amount of spunk. She loves to play, can keep up with the big dogs, and also knows when to be polite and submissive. When she’s not playing, she’s all about the snuggles. Athena is a rockstar in the car, already learning her sit command, and is VERY food-motivated (treats = instant best friend). She adores kids, happily trades forbidden items for a chew toy, and is eager to learn. Like any baby pup, she’s still figuring out that her crate is a safe space and prefers not to be alone—but she’s making progress every day. Sweet, smart, and full of love, Athena is ready to be someone’s forever sidekick!   ##2642052##
