Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Looking for a spunky +1 for your next party? Fiesta is your girl! Fiesta is a happy, playful, fun-loving pup who loves to play, go for walks, cuddle, and be with her humans. She would do best with an active family who will include her in their adventures. Fiesta has a zest for life and a love for exploring the world with her people. She’s working on her leash manners—she’ll pull at first but settles in as you go. She’s also practicing her basic commands like sit, down, off, and no. Fiesta may jump up when she’s excited or happy, but she’s actively working on breaking that habit. Fiesta is potty trained with regular potty-break reminders when she’s out of her kennel, and she always keeps her kennel clean. She can be a bit vocal when first kenneled but quiets down after letting you know she’s not thrilled that playtime is over. She’s got a touch of sass, too—she’ll “talk back” if she’s told no or doesn’t get her way. Fiesta would be a wonderful addition to any family. With patience, love, and consistency, she will truly shine. Fiesta is from a local impound. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi! My name is Peach, and I’m starting to settle in after spending a week with my foster family. I’m still a bit nervous when I meet new people—especially men—so I need some time to feel comfortable and safe with new faces. I might bark or growl at first, but I haven’t shown any aggression. I don’t like being left alone, so a home where someone is around most of the time would be ideal for me. I’m not a fan of the crate and tend to panic a bit when closed in. I’ve also been known to do a little “counter surfing” and believe that finders are keepers, so for everyone’s sake, it’s best to keep tempting things out of reach! I go for three to four walks every day to practice my leash manners and build my confidence around new people. That’s helped a lot—and I haven’t had any potty issues in the house! I really enjoy the company of the resident dog here. He’s teaching me to trust people, sit for treats, walk nicely on a leash, and be part of a family. We play together, which helps burn off my bursts of puppy energy—even though I’m almost three years old! When he’s not in the mood to play, I can happily entertain myself with a toy. Tennis balls are the best! At night, my favorite place to sleep is near my humans—definitely in the same room, but ideally right next to you in bed. Once I feel safe and snuggled in, I’ll curl up close and snore softly beside you. Peach was found as a stray. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, I'm BettyLou Boots!   I'm a sweet, gentle girl who's looking for a patient and loving home to call my own. I might be a little shy at first, but once I get to know you, I'll be your shadow - I love being right next to my person. Meal time is my absolute favorite part of the day! I know breakfast as cereal and dinner as supper, and I never let anyone forget when it's time to eat. My other favorite treat is Greenies - I will do just about anything to get one! I've lived with cats before and did really well with them, so I wouldn't mind sharing my space with a calm feline friend. Because of my size, I'd do best in a home with children over 10. I'm a gentle soul but might accidently bump into the little ones when I get excited. I'm not the biggest fan of car rides, but I promise I make up for it with my love of snuggles and playtime. Squeaky toys are my jam, and I can often be found proudly carrying around a sock or two (they make the best treasures!). If you're looking for a loyal companion who will love you endlessly, keep you company through every "cereal" and "supper," and make you smile with my silly sock adventures - I'm your girl.    Love,  BettyLou Boots   Betty does need to be adopted into a home with another dog present.    BettyLou Boots is from an owner surrender. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Dottie! She’s an almost 10-month-old Lab/Retriever mix bursting with love and joy. Dottie adores people—especially her people. She loves spending time outdoors, sniffing all the scents, collecting sticks, and going for walks. She does well on a leash but can get a little distracted by all the exciting new smells. Dottie enjoys chewing on bones, hard toys, and anything that squeaks. If she finds a piece of cardboard, she’ll happily shred it for fun. After playtime, she loves nothing more than curling up with a soft blanket (and you!) for some cozy snuggles. She needs very slow, proper intros to other dogs and takes some time to get comfortable with them. After slow intros, she plays well. Dottie would do best in a cat-free home as she is a little too interested in them. Dottie is both kennel-trained and potty-trained—a sweet, loving pup ready to find her forever family! Dottie is from an Owner Surrender. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Felix, the magnificent bundle of energy and love, ready to charm his way into your heart! This goofy, playful pup is all about joy, especially when a squeaky toy is involved – the louder, the better! He’s mostly potty-trained with frequent breaks and is fantastic at entertaining himself with his vast toy collection. Felix would absolutely thrive with a larger canine playmate to match his zest for life, but a family dedicated to playtime would make him just as happy. He's a big boy who hasn't quite grasped his own strength, so a home with older, dog-savvy teens would be ideal. Felix is a dream on the leash, walking perfectly with his harness on. He’s incredibly smart, picking up new tricks in a flash! While he’s not a huge fan of car rides (though he'll hop in his crate), he’s a champ once he’s there. Felix loves his morning routine of breakfast, potty breaks, and a good long walk. He’s a dedicated chewer – elk antlers are his absolute favorite – so plenty of appropriate chew toys are a must. He's a gentleman at feeding times, even with a slow feeder, and takes treats ever so gently. When it's time for bed, he prefers snuggling in a gated room rather than his kennel, though he'll need a 3 AM potty break. With his hilarious paw-hands and endless affection, Felix is searching for a family ready for big love and endless fun! Felix is from Texas.  If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. This sweet girl loves to play, especially with her toys – though she sees them as a challenge to conquer! Kallie is a smart cookie already showing progress with basic commands and is excellent at signaling when it's potty time. We've noticed a strong prey drive, so a home prepared to manage this (no small critters, please!) would be ideal. In just three days, Kallie has shown immense potential. She needs a patient, dedicated family willing to invest in her training and channel her energy positively. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Junior — the tiny tornado disguised as a puppy. He’s almost potty trained, which means you’re only occasionally surprised, never shocked. His tail? He wags with delight! Junior thinks fetch is a full-time job and he is employee of the month. Balls, toys, frisbees, rogue socks — if it can be chased, he’s on it. He’s also a tug-of-war prodigy, specializing in ropes, blankets, and anything he can drag while giving you that signature sideways glance like he’s plotting something adorable and mildly chaotic.  Here’s a video of Junior playing chase with the resident dog.   Strangers? He’ll bark like he’s guarding Fort Knox… then immediately melt the second he gets a sniff. He’s a cuddle bug at heart — a snuggle-seeking missile. What’s the cutest thing about Junior? His face. All of it. It’s unfair, really. He loves everyone, and somehow everyone loves him back — even after being whacked by his happy tail. Very much a puppy. Very much learning. Very much perfect.
