If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please complete  an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about our adoption process, please visit our Adoption Process page on our website at www.rescuecrew.org.  Meet Buckles: Classy, Sassy, and Currently Accepting Applications  Buckles would like to start by saying she is very polite when you first meet her. Calm. Reserved. Practically an angel. This is a lie she tells to see if you’re worthy. The moment you pet her and she realizes you’re not a threat, her entire body turns into one enthusiastic wiggle. Shy? No. Strategic? Absolutely. Buckles is what you’d call high-functioning perfection. She’s house-trained, crate-trained, and already knows sit, lay down, come, kennel, and heel. She learns insanely fast and lives to impress. Beauty and brains. Dangerous combination. Social skills? Immaculate.  Loves kids of all ages  Adored by adults  Dog-friendly (would thrive with a canine roommate)  Chill with cats, chickens, and ducks — because she’s cultured She’s athletic, smart, and ready to be your hiking buddy, sport prospect, or “let’s learn something new” partner. Physical and mental stimulation are her love languages. That, and belly rubs. Mostly belly rubs. Now let’s address the diva energy. Buckles believes: • Sweaters are not optional. • Snow booties are a fashion statement. • Mud puddles are self-care. • Sass is a personality trait, not a flaw. She is one of those once-in-a-lifetime dogs — the kind you meet and immediately start rearranging your life for. The kind you tell your friends about even if you don’t adopt her, because how could you not talk about Buckles? Buckles may be your soulmate if: • You would choose your dog over your spouse (green flag). • You can commit to endless belly rubs. • You’re okay being mildly bossed around by a puppy. • You’re missing a little sass and a lot of love in your life. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.   The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. Story
Hi! I’m Emma — and I’m looking for my forever home Before we go any further, there’s something important (and pretty cool) you should know about me: I’m deaf! Don’t worry though — it doesn’t slow me down one bit. I’ve already started learning hand signals in my foster home, and I’m a very smart girl who works hard for treats. Training time = treat time = my favorite time. I’m still young and full of joy, curiosity, and energy. I love staying busy and have discovered that toys are one of life’s greatest gifts — especially balls. Even better if they’re treat balls. Playing and snacking at the same time? Yes please. I also adore car rides and am a total passenger princess. Bonus points if those rides include pup cups on your morning coffee run… just sayin’. I’m potty trained once I learn my routine, and I’ve made huge progress with crate training. Give me something fun to chew on, like a Kong, and I’ll happily run into my crate, settle in, and snooze away. Easy peasy. Because I’m deaf, I don’t always realize how loud my bark is, so I’d do best in a home without shared walls. I would love a playful dog companion around my size — I’m all about rough-and-tumble play and having a buddy who can keep up with me. Cats (and very small or senior dogs) probably wouldn’t appreciate my enthusiasm, and I’m still learning my manners, so a home without small children would be best for everyone. My foster family says I keep them laughing every single day — and honestly, they’re not wrong. I’m goofy, expressive, and full of personality. At bedtime, I turn into a total sweetheart: I’ll sleep peacefully at your feet or snuggle under the blankets beside you if you let me. I give the best kisses and have the softest, sweetest soul. My dream home is with someone who will give me structure, patience, continued training, and lots of love. In return, I promise endless laughs, loyal companionship, and a whole heart ready to be yours. Could that be you? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Buddy is a very sweet beautiful boy, who is in need of a foster home and an adoptive home. Buddy is approximately 3.5 years old. We are guessing Buddy's weight between 85-90 lbs. He is overweight and we will help him lose the weight he needs to lose for better health. Buddy has lived a pretty confined life with a person who due to health reasons, can no longer care for him. Buddy is a young guy with plenty of energy that he needs to express, burn off, so we are looking for a home that understands and appreciates active dog breeds and can help fulfill his needs, dreams and desires! :) Buddy is definitely an "adventure Buddy" and is ready to go, for walks, to dog parks, and on adventures.  He is used to being crated when caretaker is gone, but would love a home where he doesn't have to be crated much, and gets the exercise he needs. Buddy is a little sloppy with manners, mostly due to his exuberance and too much confinement. He will jump or just get excited when he wants to grab a treat out of your hand. With a little bit of dedicated time Buddy will learn quickly - he just needs  rules set and expectations reinforced.  Buddy is good with other dogs, and seems like would be good with cats, but gets excited to greet them, so they tend to run away. Buddy is too exuberant for a home with small children, but older children may be OK. He is very loving and excited about life. He needs to catch up on lost time for fun, adventure, action and play. If you would like to learn more about Buddy, please submit an interest form on our website:    https://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/ If you are viewing this listing on PETFINDER there is often MORE INFO ON and MORE PICS OF the animal DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE. http://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org *Adoption fees range from $525-$650, depending on the individual animal* redemptionroad.mn@gmail.com https://www.facebook.com/RedemptionRoadRescue  All animals fully vetted appropriate for age: spayed/neutered, rabies vaccine, DHPP vaccine, 4DX test (@8 months or older), microchipped with lifetime registration, dewormed, flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention.  *Since we typically don't know a rescue dogs actual genetics, their breed and estimated size when grown on their bio is just an educated guess based on information and observations we have.*  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 6, 2026, 10:55 am

Story
Age: 3.5 years Weight: 50 pounds Dog friendly: Yes Cat friendly: No Kid friendly: Unknown Potty trained: Yes Crate trained: Not specifically, but no issues Introducing… Honey! A real honey of a dog! This girl is a real cuddler – “personal space” is not in her vocabulary! She loves watching and chasing squirrels and bunnies (not that she ever catches them!) After snuggling and critter patrol, her other skills include knowing where to do her business and sleeping quietly all night. She’s also great on a leash and you will enjoy walking with her. When we need to leave her at home she stays in our office and settles down quietly with no issues. Generally, she’s pretty quiet and does not bark a lot. Honey came from a home that did not give her the attention she needed. She is still a bit fearful of things but her confidence is growing everyday. Another dog in the home will help learn the skills she needs and develop into the best dog she can be. Please consider bringing Honey home and giving her the love and security she deserves. “Home sweet home” will be even sweeter with Honey in it! Adoption fee: $495

Sierra is an adorable Lab/Terrier mix with a heart full of love and plenty of sweetness to share. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give her a bit of time and she blossoms into a playful, cuddly companion who wants nothing more than to be close to her humans. Sierra does wonderfully with other dogs and will need a confident canine friend in her new home to help her feel secure and continue building confidence. She sleeps soundly in her crate through the night and can stay crated for 5–6 hours during the day. Smart and eager to please, Sierra already knows “sit” and patiently waits for the “OK” before diving into her food or treats. She absolutely loves belly rubs, cozy snuggles, and being part of the fun. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle pup ready to grow with your family, Sierra might just be your perfect match!
