Hiro is a senior gentlemen at 10-11 years old, who is looking for a new soft spot to land after his former family had children and he was not getting the attention he deserves. His former owner is experiencing complications and cannot care for the young children in the home and Hiro. They feel he is not safe around small children, and want to ensure Hiro is removed from an uncomfortable situation before anything happens to anyone. He loves other dogs of all sizes, and would love a buddy or maybe two, but could definitely be happy to the the king of his castle. Hiro is crate trained, house broken, has some off leash training, does not require a yard, is very gentle taking treats, and loves people. He has a short, but thick double coat, that should be easy to maintain with regular brushing. He last saw the vet in April, and is UTD on his core vaccines. He is a really chill dude just looking for a cozy, quiet(ish) house to call his own. Feel free to contact for further information.

Hi there, I’m Nisey! I may have been a little scared and unsure when I first arrived at the shelter, but guess what? Once I got into a foster home, I really started to come out of my shell! Now I’m showing everyone what a sweet, loving girl I truly am. I’ve got some wonderful home note, my foster says I’m a gentle, affectionate pup who absolutely loves belly rubs and butt scratches (seriously, they are the best thing ever). I’ve also dog-tested well, and I’d probably do just fine around cats, too! I’m still learning my leash manners… sometimes I get a little excited and want to roll around instead of walking, but I’m trying my best and getting better every day. Patience and kindness go a long way with me, and I promise I’ll reward you with so much love. Hi friends! My name’s Kal, and I’m a 6-year-old, 67-lb Lab mix with a big ol’ heart and a serious talent for lounging in style! Everyone says I’m the easiest dog ever — and honestly, I think they’re right! I was a total staff favorite at my first shelter, and now the team at the Shelter Pet Adoption Center has fallen head over heels for me too. (What can I say? I’m kinda irresistible!) I’m living the good life in a foster home right now, and I’m doing amazing! I’m crate-trained, house-trained, and I walk like a perfect gentleman on leash. I was found hanging out in a field with another dog, but I already had a microchip, was neutered, heartworm negative, and I even know how to sit and shake! So yeah… it’s pretty clear I used to have someone who loved me — and now I’m ready to find that love again, forever this time. A loving and playful companion, but is ACTIVE! Boots is a highly energetic 7 month old puppy born 3/23/25 with an expected weight of 80 to 90 pounds. Mom is a great pyrenees and the Dad is a registered yellow lab making him a pyrador breed (very smart). Boots maintains eight to ten hours of sleep per night and sleeps throughout the day when exercised daily. With that said, he is extremely energetic and needs a lot of play time at the dog park or a large yard. He is socialized via dog park visits and loves every dog and person he comes into contact with. He is fully potty trained. We don't have the time it takes to bring him to his full potential. He is a wonderful dog and very trainable. We love him, but can't provide the larger house and yard that is needed. He deserves a loving home and an individual or family that has time to grow with him. His large kennel and toys will go to the adoptee.
