Looking to rehome our 1 year old (Will be 2 years old in October '23) Male charcoal Lab. He is a sweet boy with lots of energy, very affectionate and great with children. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention. He is house trained, crate trained and listens well to basic commands. We currently have an electric fence, so he's not used to being leashed much. Would ideally prefer an adopter with a decent sized fenced in yard.

Are you looking for a whole lot of sweetness and a whole lot of fun?! Look no fuur-ther than 6 month old baby Bronx!! Bronx is ALL puppy right now. He loves to play, play, play…all day! He loves all of his toys (chews, bones, etc) and sometimes forgets that not everything is a toy. We believe Bronx to be a Labrador Retriever mixed with who knows what (possibly pit bull) and anticipate him to be a big boy when grown- I mean, look at those paws!! Bronx is potty trained as long as he doesn't drink any water after 6:30pm and is good in his crate. He truly is as sweet as can be and loves EVERYONE he meets. Bronx is doing great around other dogs and just needs to work on some boundaries. Interested in cats, but is easily put in his place. He loves to play so much he forgets others may not share his enthusiasm. Bronx is still a puppy and will need some continued training but is extremely trainable. He may knock of little kids so a home with kids over 5 would probably be best. Bronx is patiently waiting for a home that is looking for a mixture of play and cuddles!!You may apply to adopt Bronx at www.pawpatroldayton.com/adopt. His adoption fee is $260 and he is vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, microchipped, and neutered. All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.

Story
Jake is a sweet boy that loves to be with people. He is 6 years old- beyond the chewing puppy stage but still playful. He has energy for adventures but is happy to snuggle and take a nap. He was originally adopted by my father who had never owned a dog before. He decided that a dog was more work than he could handle. My niece wanted to take him but she didn't have her own place yet. So Jake came to live with us. My father has since passed away and my niece adopted 2 dogs on her own. 2 dogs is just more than our family can manage. He gets along well with our other dog, cats and kids. We have a fence but previously did not and he did fine going out to potty on the tie out. He is crate trained. He does not walk well on a leash, but I think he could learn to. Having two strong pulling dogs was really difficult and I wasn't great about training him on that. He loves attention and cuddling and is good about letting you know when he needs to go out.

Story
Meet Mary! Mary is a SUPER sweet girl. She was surrendered with her 5 siblings because her previous owner was unable to care for them. All of Mary's siblings have found their forever homes, and now Mary is patiently waiting her turn! Mary LOVES being around other dogs - in fact, it is the #1 way to get her out her shell. If you're looking for a buddy for your current dog - Mary is the one for you! She bonds closely with other animals and they help her feel more comfortable. She may take a little more time to warm up to human friends - but we think her bashfulness makes her all the more adorable! She just needs someone to show her what true love and comfort really means!

Story
Hi, my name is Frankie Beans. Frankie Beans. I love cuddling with my foster canine siblings and I follow them everywhere! Cats? Cats schmats, I live with a couple and I don't mind them at all. Kids? Looove them!! I’m extremely gentle for being a 1-2 year old pup. I tested into doggy daycare with ease and I love to play with other dogs! In fact, I require a doggy sibling of my very own; brother or sister!! I cannot be an only dog; no way!! I am a very shy boy that benefits from having a confident dog friend. Oh also… one tiny thing… I do not want to live with a male human adult. So if you have a human male lurking around in your house and want the Frankie Beans, you’re gonna have to promise to be ultra patient, work with a trainer and/or just be ok with me potentially never interacting with that scary male. His adoption fee is $200. He is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   June 5, 2023, 10:12 pm

Story
Do you like girls that play hard to get?? Well do we ever have the girl for you! Kimmie is gorgeous and she knows it. She’s in search of a quiet mostly female household without a lot of hustle and bustle. She’s afraid of new people, so if you’d like to be Kimmie’s person, she’ll require a couple weeks of being wined and dined. Date idea - She enjoys a nice Kong of xylitol-free peanut butter and charcuterie of cheese and pepperonis while watching  a movie …no cuddling or hand holding on the first few dates… she’s a bit old fashioned and reserves affection until she knows you’re really the one for her. Warning - once Kimmie falls for you, she falls hard and will require a lot of cuddles and kisses!!! If you believe all good things come to those who wait, apply today and show Kimmie some unconditional love and she will return that love 10 fold! Kimmie’s adoption fee is $200. She is up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped.  All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. Story
Introducing the adorable puppy Prada! This little ball of energy is full of life and ready to embark on exciting adventures with her forever family. She may take a moment to adjust to new situations, but once she finds her bearings, she becomes the life of the party. Prada is an independent soul who likes to do things on her own terms. She has a brave and curious nature, always eager to explore her surroundings. Prada believes in the philosophy of "YOLO" (You Only Live Once), embracing each moment with enthusiasm and joy. When it comes to playtime, Prada thrives both with her puppy brother and older dogs. However, she's also perfectly content playing on her own, either indoors or outdoors. She’s also been exposed to cats and seemed indifferent, so would be happy with or without a feline friend. Prada also does well with children and is very gentle.   Adoption fee is $250. She is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.
