My brother’s dog (NOT Titan) bit my youngest son in the face and now he is terrified of dogs. My worries and anxiety have gotten worse with him around Titan and I have to do what’s best for him and Titan. Titan is 5 and is a rescue dog. He was 1 of 32 dogs removed from a home. He is terrified of loud noises (fireworks especially, motorcycles, etc). He knows “sit”, “place” (stay), “come” and his release word is “break”. He loves walks, but has a prong collar because he does get skiddish around strange dogs and people. He barks agressively towards strange dogs and people. He is anxious around people when first meeting them but will warm up after multiple meetings and is an attention seeker. He is protective but is as lovable as any dog. He loves baths and loves to get his nails clipped and will lay like he’s at the spa while you do it. He’ll follow you like a shadow, and is always so happy to greet us when we get home! He needs someone who can give him lots of time and attention.

She will walk around with a toy in her mouth most of the time and it's beyond adorable! She loves snuggling, the closer the better. Hazel absolutely melts for pets, belly rubs and scratches. She is very, very affectionate! Hazel absolutely loves to chase a ball in the backyard. Dislikes: Hazel does not enjoy being crated, but she will settle down in her crate after a few minutes. Hazel has separation anxiety and would prefer not to be left alone for long periods of time. She is on medication to help with her anxiety. Ideal Home/Adopter: Hazel's ideal home would be with adults who are home a lot or work from home. Hazel is a velcro dog and likes to be with her people as much as possible. She does have some separation anxiety and does best when she can be close to her people. Hazel has not been around many kids, but we think she would do best with kids above the age of 8. Hazel needs a fully fenced in yard where she can run around to get some energy out. Hazel is dog friendly and loves playing with other dogs. Additional Considerations: Hazel came to the rescue with her two day old puppies. She was an excellent momma, but now it's time to focus on her needs! Hazel is so loving, sweet and affectionate. She truly would love nothing more than to spend her days beside her person. What makes this dog special: Have we mentioned how sweet she is?! Hazel has stolen the hearts of several of our fosters and she will do the same to her future adopter. She is loving, silly, funny and stunningly gorgeous! Hazel's adoption fee is $350. All fees include spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, worming, flea and heartworm current.
