Sophie found herself at the local dog pound and was rescued from there. She has lots of energy and needs a fenced in yard. an experienced dog home would be best for her. Small children would not work for her since she is so energetic. Big kids would be better

Dobby found himself homeless as a puppy and he had to be trapped with a humane trap since he did no really trust people. Can you blame him? He got tossed out probably for being a normal puppy. Anyway, Dobby has since recovered nicely, is a very sweet boy and he now loves people. He does need to be obedience trained, so a first time dog owner is not recommended. He is under 2 years old and really deserves to be in a home. A shelter is not a place for Dobby. Please consider adding Dobby to your home. Meet Arnie! 🐾 Arnie is an adult lab mix with a heart of pure gold. He’s incredibly sweet and thrives on attention—his favorite thing in the world is being cuddled and showered with pets. While he’s a bit aloof with other dogs inside the house, he enjoys playing with them out in the yard. Arnie is extremely friendly with everyone he meets, including visitors, and greets people with gentle enthusiasm. He’s clean and quiet in his crate and sleeps peacefully in it all night. Arnie takes treats gently, has excellent house manners, and has had no accidents in the home. With his calm, loving nature and easygoing personality, Arnie would make a wonderful, loyal companion for a lucky family. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A meet-and-greet is required for all shelter dogs if you already have a dog.
