Rarely do we do DNA testing but his foster mom was curious, and we were a bit surprised to find out that our boy is an honorary Akbash only. Kumo is a Lab/GSD mix and his love of water and fetching is proof enough! This young boy may have had a rough past before he found himself in a Utah shelter and it has taken a lot of time for him to learn to trust. His circle of friends is small. Kumo needs time and space to warm up to new people. His timing! Kumo has been having a great summer break, doing some traveling with his foster mom and his doggy foster siblings. He does great with all dogs, and cats! And has had a blast as a regular at the dog park. She can play a little rough, so a home with a small dog or a cat is only recommended for an adopter experienced with dog training and behavior — someone who can manage introductions and reinforce good manners along the way.Olive is generally low energy and content to relax, but she does love having a yard to zoom around in every once in a while with her doggie pals — a fun burst of energy before she’s back to lounging.
