Story
Meet Emmy — Little Lamb. Big Heart. Softest Soul. Emmy is a 4-year-old, 11-lb pocket-sized miracle, a tiny marshmallow with lamby energy and a heart that melts on contact. Now that she finally feels safe and healthy, she’s blooming in the most beautiful ways. She lights up when her foster comes home, with full-body wiggles and joy turned all the way up. Emmy is excellent with other dogs (her foster has one, and she does great), but if given the choice, she will pick her human every single time. She’s a Velcro girl when love is available, yet perfectly capable of being independent and adaptable while her foster is at work—best of both worlds. Emmy is affectionate, gentle, and deeply loving, the kind of dog who leans in softly. She’s good with everyone. Truly good. The kind of soul that fits. She was hit by a car and left in the rain. Her life once hung in the balance between danger and cruelty. But here’s the thing about Emmy: none of that lives in her anymore. She has healed and is living in a new light. A little lamb who survived the storm and now only knows love. If you’re looking for a tiny, tender, once-in-a-lifetime companion, Emmy is ready to come home. Emmy is fully vetted, vaccinated, and spayed. Please submit an inquiry to learn more about sweet Emmy.

Story
Meet Milo! 🐾 Milo is a 7-year-old Maltese–Poodle mix with a gentle soul and a love for the simple things in life. He’s a low-maintenance companion who’s happiest in a calm, predictable home where he can relax, nap, and feel safe. He does have anxiety and can be uncomfortable around other dogs in public settings, so he would do best as the only dog in the household and with someone who understands anxious pups and can offer patience and reassurance. In the right environment, he’s incredibly easygoing. On the bright side, his needs are simple: he just needs to go outside twice a day, a little bit of playtime, and plenty of cozy spots for his favorite activity—napping. He’s not demanding and truly enjoys a quiet routine. Milo would thrive with a loving person or couple looking for a mellow, loyal companion rather than an active or social dog. With the right match, he has so much love to give and will make a sweet, comforting presence in someone’s life.

Story
Meet Bbang He must travel in-cabin, so we are currently only accepting applications from adopters who can pick up in Toronto or Calgary. • Name: Bbang • Age: 5 years • Sex: Neutered Male • Breed: Maltese • Color: White • Weight: 2.4 kg • Height (shoulder): 23 cm   Rescue Story Bbang was left behind when his previous owner moved overseas. He was abandoned at a golf course where he had been a regular visitor. During his time there, he was unfortunately mistreated by some male guests and forced to stay in a storage area. A kind caretaker who looked after him reached out to us, hoping to find him a safe and loving forever home.   Personality & Socialization (People) Bbang is a very affectionate and friendly little dog who loves people. He approaches both familiar faces and strangers with ease, often leaning in for pets and attention.   In new environments, he may show a brief moment of shyness, but he quickly warms up—especially with treats—and does not show any guarding or defensive behavior. He is comfortable with men and has also done well around children he met at the park.   He can be picked up easily and, once bonded, will happily roll over to show his belly for rubs.   Socialization (Dogs) Bbang is polite and social with other dogs. He enjoys greeting both familiar and unfamiliar dogs but is not overly playful.   He tends to avoid larger dogs at first and may be a bit intimidated by them. However, he is friendly with dogs of similar or smaller size and prefers calmer companions. High-energy dogs can feel overwhelming for him.   Even when provoked, he chooses to avoid conflict rather than react.   With Cats Bbang is currently living with a cat and has been doing very well. They even share the bed and sleep together.   Energy Level He has a moderate energy level. He enjoys outdoor activities and walks, but settles down nicely and rests calmly afterward.   ‍ Walks Bbang has good leash manners and does not pull. He prefers walking over excessive sniffing and follows his handler well.   He is attentive outdoors and has shown good behavior, such as waiting calmly when cars pass.   Additional Notes • May show food guarding toward humans (growling if touched while eating), but does not guard from other dogs • No excessive barking • Mild initial whining in a kennel, but settles within a few minutes • Enjoys car rides • Currently practicing for in-cabin flight travel using a carrier • Fully trained for both pee pads and outdoor potty • May mark in new environments   Ideal Home Bbang would thrive in a loving home that understands small dog sensitivities and can provide a calm, stable environment. He would do especially well with gentle handling during mealtimes and with companions who respect his space when needed.   If you’re looking for a small, affectionate companion who will happily stay by your side, Bbang could be the perfect match Apply to adopt or foster: https://adoptmekr.org Please also visit our Facebook or Instagram! ##2707777##

Story
✅️Currently located in South Korea✅️ Meet Noah🤍 💙 Noah’s Account: @aki.noa.sushi 1. Health • Neutering/Spaying: Completed • Other: Microchipped; had bladder stone surgery and molar extraction. Fully blind in one eye due to cataracts. Experiences coughing when temperatures drop, requiring steroid medication if coughing occurs. Has partial hearing loss. All teeth except molars have been extracted, so he cannot eat hard treats. 2. Rescue Story • Noah was rescued from a breeding facility alongside Aji and Aki before Adogs officially formed. He was adopted, but after his adopter passed away suddenly in September 2024, Noah returned to Adogs. He is looking for a family to help him overcome his grief and begin a new chapter of life. 3. Personality & Habits • With People: Very affectionate and sweet, loves both strangers and familiar people, and often approaches first asking for pets. • With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs, both familiar and new friends. May show cute jealousy if another dog gets attention. • Separation Anxiety: Calm when left with Aki, though Aki has separation anxiety that affects Noah. If left with another dog or person, he waits quietly. • House Training: Fully pee pad trained (100% accuracy), though he prefers pooping outdoors. He tends to pee near the edge of the pad, so surrounding it with a fence or holder is helpful. • Hygiene/Grooming: Very calm and well-behaved during baths, drying, and brushing. • Walking on Leash: Walks well on a leash without pulling and keeps pace nicely. 4. Special Notes • May bark briefly when a stranger enters the room for the first time. In the evenings, he may bark for 5 minutes normally, or 20–30 minutes if he has extra energy. • Has a strong food drive and eats quickly when excited for meals, so feeding slowly and calmly is recommended.
