FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Bubbles! Bubbles is a 1-year-old, 12 lb Maltese/Terrier mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. This little girl is as sweet as her name and is ready to find a calm, loving home to help get her out of her shell! Bubbles is very shy and still learning that the world is a safe place. She has a gentle, sensitive nature and will need a quiet, predictable home with patient adopters who can give her the time and space she needs to build confidence. Once she feels safe, Bubbles is incredibly sweet, loving, and affectionate. She just needs a little help coming out of her shell to show her full personality. She does well with other dogs and would greatly benefit from having a calm, well-adjusted canine companion in the home to help guide her and boost her confidence. Because of her sensitive nature, Bubbles is looking for a home without young children and in a more peaceful environment where she can settle in comfortably. Born around March 12, 2025, Myles weighs 17.6 pounds and is full of personality. He came to us as part of a 29-dog seizure where, although the dogs were cared for, they didn’t get the individual attention and socialization they needed. Despite that, Myles has proven to be incredibly friendly and people-loving. He thrives on attention and is always excited to be around his humans. Myles also has a playful side—he absolutely loves toys and is always up for some fun. Whether it’s a game of toss or just carrying his favorite toy around, he knows how to enjoy life. He’s currently learning how to walk on a leash and will benefit from a patient adopter who can continue helping him build confidence and skills. With his sweet nature and eagerness to connect, Myles is sure to make a wonderful companion. Myles’ adoption fee is $400. He has been an indoor-only dog and enjoys a calm, cozy home where he can be close to his people.Bruno has successfully lived with children (8+), and other dogs, and his previous owner says he is an incredibly sweet, smart, affectionate little companion. His favorite things include snuggling, being near his humans, and relaxing in a peaceful environment.Bruno can be shy with new people, and he does not like to be grabbed by strangers before he feels safe—he has snapped in the past when startled or unsure. Slow introductions and gentle handling are important for him. Bruno also experiences significant separation anxiety due to being left alone for long periods in his previous home, which led to vocalizing and some destructive behaviors.
