Story
Molly is a sweet girl, and like all of us, she has a few quirks. We want Molly to be happy in her forever home and are looking for a wonderful match for her. Molly was adopted in December but recently came back to us because her first adopter felt that she was a bit too playful/energetic for her. Though Molly is two, she still loves to play and has a good bit of energy. Molly does have some anxiety and might need time to adjust to a new environment. She has done really well with the other small dogs in her foster home as they seem to give her companionship and confidence. She might benefit from having another small dog in the home. Some people really enjoy being able to pick up a small dog. Molly will tolerate being picked up at times, but other times she's clearly distressed with being held. For this reason, we don't recommend her in a home with small children as they might be too stressful for her.

Story
Handsome Bell will arrive in the PNW in just over a week, and we would love for him to be welcomed into her forever home, or aloving foster home. Bell's human became ill and was hospitalized not to return home, so Bell has been living at our partner shelter in Korea, waiting for his turn to fly. Bell is a tiny 7# Maltese fellow, gorgeous and just wants a human to love on him and cuddle all day. Bell is shy on first meeting, but warms to kind people, and will be your very best friend and cuddle buddy. Bell is neutered and current on all vaccinations, and has excellent house manners. At 6 years old, Belle is a grown up pup just looking for his forever.

Click the button to download the adoption application. The application is a form-fillable pdf. Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Hi!!  My name is Peanut from Korea and I am a wonderful approx. 3 year old male Maltese.  I am about 7.5 lbs. and hoping to find a forever home.  I am friendly and was saved from an illegal Breeding Farm in South Korea. I am missing my left hind paw.  I was rescued with many others by local activists from the horrific conditions we were in.  I fought to survive every day and was so badly neglected.  Korea kills an estimated 1.5 -2 million dogs a year to be eaten.  I just want a chance to be part of a family and for someone to love and care for me.  I am so lucky to get a one-way ticket to Seattle to find my new family.  Take me on car rides, walks in the park and I will become your best friend.  I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs.  I will do best with a loving family that can give me lots of love and affection!  On all overseas adoption, we highly recommend our pet rescue dog trainer who will come to your home and help train your new pup.  My adoption fee of $1,495 will cover my spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordetella, Deworm, Heart Worm Test, Microchip, Boarding Fees, Health Certificate and airline transport cost from Korea to Seattle.  A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs. You can bring your own when adopting or you can purchase an AirTag from us.  The adoption fee is firm and helps save the life of another dog needing rescue and our other dogs in need of medical care.  We do not guarantee the breed and age of the dogs.  Donations are always appreciated to help pay down our vet bills at Greenwood Vet.  Ginger's Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501C-3 organization.  The adoption fee is donated to the rescue and is tax deductible.  Please e-mail at  admin@gingerspetrescue.org  for an adoption application.
