Click the button to download the adoption application. The application is a form-fillable pdf. Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Meet Puffy Puffy is a 9-year-old Maltese boy, weighing about 7 lbs, with a soft white coat and gentle eyes that reflect both his resilience and his quiet hope for a loving home. He was rescued from an illegal breeding facility in South Korea, where dogs are kept for production rather than loved as companions — but Puffy is finally safe and ready to begin a brighter chapter. Puffy is deaf, so he will need a patient, understanding home that can help him feel secure using gentle touch, visual cues, and a calm routine. Deaf dogs can live beautiful, happy lives, and Puffy simply needs someone willing to communicate with him in a kind and reassuring way. Puffy also has only 2 teeth, so he may need softer food and continued dental care to keep him comfortable and healthy. Despite everything he has been through, Puffy is still so deserving of love, comfort, and a family who will see just how special he is. At 9 years old, Puffy is a precious senior boy who deserves peace, warmth, cozy naps, soft beds, and the chance to finally know what it feels like to be truly cherished. ✨ Puffy is looking for a forever home where he can continue to grow in confidence and finally experience the warmth of a real home. One loving family can change the rest of his life. Adoption Information Puffy’s adoption fee is a non-refundable donation of $1,695 that helps support ongoing rescue efforts and save more dogs in need. It includes: • Neuter • Vaccinations • Microchip • Boarding and daily care • Health certificate • Transport from South Korea to Seattle ✈️ A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs — you may bring your own or purchase one from us. Please note: Breed, age, and weight are best estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Ginger’s Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Every adoption opens the door for another life to be saved. Thank you for choosing rescue and giving Puffy the loving future he’s been waiting for.June 30, 2026, 3:23 pm

Story
Click the button to download the adoption application. The application is a form-fillable pdf. Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Hi, my name is Sugar and I am a wonderful 7  year-old female Maltese, weighing in at approximately 8  lbs.    I was rescued from an illegal breeding facility in Korea, where dogs like me endure unimaginable cruelty and hardship. Thankfully, compassionate rescuers saved me and gave me the chance to experience something I’d never known before, hope.  I’m a gentle and affectionate companion who loves being around people, including kind children. I get along well with other dogs and would enjoy a family who can shower me with attention and affection.  I’d do best in a home with a family who understands that rescued dogs need patience and time to adjust.    We recommend working with our skilled pet rescue trainer. My adoption fee of  $1,495 (tax-deductible and essential for supporting future rescues) c  overs Spay/Neuter.    DA2PP, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations,  Deworming and Heartworm testing,  Microchipping,  Boarding fees, health certificate, and airline transport from Korea to Seattle.    For safety, all adopted dogs must have a GPS tracker or Apple AirTag. You can bring your own or purchase one from us.    Your support allows Ginger’s Pet Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to continue its lifesaving work and provide critical medical care for animals in  need.    Email  admin@gingerspetrescue.org  to request an adoption application or to learn more about me. Donations to help with vet bills at Greenwood Vet are always appreciated—they make rescues like mine possible.     March 7, 2026, 8:59 pm

Click the button to download the adoption application. The application is a form-fillable pdf. Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Hi! My name is Peanut, and I came all the way from Korea in hopes of finding my forever home. I am a 3-year-old Maltese boy and weigh about 8 lbs — small, sweet, and full of charm. (My age and weight are estimated.) I was rescued from an illegal breeding facility in South Korea, and now I’m waiting for my chance to travel to Seattle. To make this possible, I need a foster home to welcome me when I arrive. Once I’m here, I’ll also be looking for my forever adoptive home filled with love and care. So far, I have not shown any issues with other dogs, children, or people — but every dog may respond differently when settling into a new home. My adoption fee of $1,695 is a donation that is non-refundable and helps save the lives of other dogs in need. It covers my neuter, vaccinations, microchip, boarding fees, health certificate, and transport costs from Korea to Seattle. A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs — you can bring your own or purchase one from us. We do not guarantee the breed or age of our dogs. Ginger’s Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, and all adoption fees are donations that help more dogs get their second chance. If you think you can open your heart to a very special boy like me, please fill out an adoption or foster application on my page at www.gingerspetrescue.org .June 30, 2026, 3:23 pm
