Dog's Name: Pup Tucker (TUC0324SOPMD)Estimated Breed: Pointer MixApproximate Age: 5 Months Approximate Weight: 15-20 LBS Currently Living at: BoardingAdoption Fee: $500DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Hi, I'm Pup Tucker! Sadly, I had a rough start to life. I was dumped in a very rural part of Georgia, along with my buddy Pup Sunny. We were starving, with no food, water, or way to survive. Luckily, Sunny and I were rescued in time; we have been gaining weight and learning how to live our best lives. I have now been given a new chance at life and am searching for my furever home. Could that be with you ? Despite my ruff beginning, I am a friendly and happy puppy. My days are now filled with fun and play. I love to meet new friends, both human and canine alike. I have a lot of energy and I'm always ready for a game or some attention. I'm also a quick learner and eager to please. At my age, I am in my prime for training and socialization. Please remember that I’m a young puppy and I’ll require a lot of time, love, and patience to become the best doggie citizen I can be. I am a true survivor and testament to how loving and forgiving dogs can be. Adopting me would mean endless cuddles, fun-filled days, and a loyal friend forever, so please submit an application today! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
