Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.      Meet Valeria: The Tiny Social Butterfly with Endless Zoomies! Valeria is a small but mighty puggle with a heart full of love and a body full of zoomies. She’s the life of the party, the queen of the playgroup, and the four-legged socialite every dog park wishes it had. If there’s fun to be had, Valeria is leading the charge—tail wagging, ears flopping, and tiny paws moving at the speed of light. She absolutely loves other dogs and thrives in a group setting. Whether it’s a game of chase, a wrestling match, or a synchronized zoomie routine, she’s in. Big dogs, small dogs, lazy dogs, hyper dogs—Valeria is friends with them all. She’s the type to introduce herself to every new pup, as if she’s hosting a fancy dinner party, except instead of hors d’oeuvres, there are tennis balls. Her love isn’t just limited to dogs—she adores people, too! Valeria is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. One minute, she’s leading a game of tag with her doggy friends, and the next, she’s curled up in your lap, convinced she’s the perfect size for snuggles. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, dog-friendly, happiness-in-a-small-package kind of pup, Valeria is ready to bring nonstop joy, cuddles, and just a little bit of chaos into your life. Are you ready for her? Because she’s already excited to meet you! Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders. Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. This will be at the adopter’s expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses. Underdog cannot guarantee hypoallergenic or non-shedding qualities of any dogs in our rescue. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a particular dog whose bio states those needs and do not currently have them, please understand that your home might not be the right fit. Please use the filter on our Adoptable Dogs page to find the perfect match for your home.    ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there***Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you have other questions about me you can email Underdog Rescue at <inquiries@underdogrescuemn.com> ADOPTION EVENTS:      Adoption events are updated at the top of each dogs animals' as their foster home signs up. Each animal's behavior is evaluated and we have a sense of its temperament and personality, but it cannot be guaranteed. We look for adopters who will give each animal the wonderful life and permanent home that he or she deserves in time and with patience.  If you have an interest and ability to be a foster home, please visit our website  www.underdogrescuemn.com/foster-applications  and fill out a foster application. Story
Snoopy is a 5-year-old pug mix who recently found himself at God’s Dogs Rescue after his owner passed away. Though reserved at first, he is settling into his foster home and loving every bit of the comfort and love it provides. Snoopy is a mellow, affectionate pup who adores being petted and snuggling up with his favorite people. His sturdy little frame may be on the chonky side, but he can still zip around when the mood strikes! Snoopy is crate trained, housebroken, and does well on a leash. He is quiet, calm, and good with cats, making him an easygoing companion. Though he has been with his sister Sweetpea all his life, he is ready to find a loving home of his own where he can be cherished. And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of yours!!!! Unfortunately I'm a baby having babies, but thankfully it's my one and only. Me, Jazzy and my lil musicians are all ready for homes! I is a sweet, adorable, and playful pupster of around a year old that is super energetic and has that cuteness overload that will win over your heart with my charming personality, my corkscrew tail and my beautiful 2 different colored eyes. Did you know that there is an old Indian legend that those of us born with different eye colors can see both on earth and in heaven? Pretty cool, huh?! I is ready to start this next chapter in life with lots of puppy kisses, tail wags and playtime with my new family!! I loves to run around and play with toys and the other pups here in my foster home. I has a lot of energy and would be the perfect companion for just about any household. I would be that pawsomely perfect addition to your family as a 'sibling' or hogging all the attention as your one and only. I am looking forward to sharing in ALL your adventures from the mundane daily to your weekend exciting, so don't let my size fool you, I'm ready to join in and have a blast...doing it together! I do great with people both tall and small. Because I am just a pupster yet, when playing I can still get a little mouthy but I'm pretty gentle about it and if told 'nice' I stop. I get on great with my canine 'siblings' and once I got used to that strange creature y'all call a cat, I even do really well with them. I'll admit I wasn't sure what to make of the resident kitty at first and barked at her but after a few sniffs I figured she was A-Okay and not worth the fuss. Foster mom says I have been the perfect foster, being already house trained and not making any waves with my brothers and sisters. I had a few accidents the first day but have settled into the routine and have not had any since. I do use the crate when left alone. I'm not particularly fond of it but I'm pretty quiet until you get home and we can play again!! I sleep all night long and my favorite spot is with you in bed, of course!! I am sooooo ready to unleash all this awesomeness on a family and be that lil heartbeat at your feet, so if you think I'd be a pawsome fit for you and your lifestyle, please stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.    Hi, I’m Bell, a 7-year-old, 50-pound English Bulldog with a big heart and an even bigger personality! I’m a sweet girl who loves nothing more than lounging at home and playing fetch or keep-away with my favorite balls. I may be a bit older, but I’m still full of energy and love to stay active!  In fact, I've been working with a trainer and its's recommended a daily walk (outside Or on the treadmill!) for mental stimulation. I’m totally potty trained and do well with crate time, though sometimes I’ll bark if I don’t get my way. I also need daily eye drops, but I’m good about taking them. I prefer a quieter, adult-only home since busy places and small kids make me nervous. I do best as an only dog so I can get all your attention. We can Netflix and chill on the couch and I promise to be your bestest friend and loyal companion. Foster mom says I’ll keep you laughing all day long with my bulldog antics and hey, we can check out the world.  I am leash trained and like to go for short walks. Listen, I may not be the fastest or most fit, but I can keep up! At home, I’m super affectionate with the adults I trust, and I love snuggling on the couch—yep, I’m a big lap dog! I’m happy going on leash walks for potty breaks and exercise, so I don’t need a fenced yard. If you’re looking for a special Bulldog who just wants to be your best friend and play fetch, I’m your girl! *Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders. Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.    Meet Carbon, the lovable, goofy, and opinionated Bulldog who’s the perfect mix of cuddly and silly! At 45 lbs, this charming fella is an expert lounger and 85% couch potato, but don’t let that fool you—he’s also got a playful side and loves a good walk or car ride. Carbon’s expressive face and slightly tongue-out look are guaranteed to bring a smile to your face, and his hilarious personality is sure to keep you entertained. Carbon is a big fan of food (who isn’t?), especially carrots, apples, and peanut butter—he’s learned quickly to appreciate tasty treats like stuffed Kongs and Himalayan yak cheese chews. He’s also very smart and eager to learn; he’s made great strides with his manners, now sitting politely for treats and meals. While he’s still working on his potty training cues, Carbon is a champ at going outside, and he happily goes into his crate when you leave the house (with a little food bribe, of course). This sweet, snuggly guy is good with kids and other dogs of all sizes, but he’d be just as content as the only pup in your home. He’s a gentle giant when it comes to playtime, especially now that he’s learned to be more gentle with his mouthiness. While he barks when he’s alarmed or excited, he’s generally a quiet and laid-back companion. He does enjoy “his spot” on the couch and isn’t shy about making it clear that it’s his place to be, even if that means sitting right on top of you! Carbon is the perfect balance of lovable, goofy, and laid-back, and his affectionate nature is sure to brighten any home. He’s ready to share his funny antics, love, and snuggles with the perfect family. Could that be you?
