Dexter is shy guy, but he's very sweet! He is great with people and does well with other dogs. He has never growled or snapped at anyone, but he is not really a fan of children or cats. His favorite things are running around and being pet. He also loves car rides and even tolerates baths well!. He also wants you to know he's great on the leash so daily strolls are A-OK with him! Since Dexter is a bit of an introvert, he does get a little nervous so he'll just need someone who will be patient with him until he settles into his new home. Ghost is approaching two years old. I adopted him from the shelter a little over a year ago. Regrettably, due to a change in financial circumstances, I no longer have the money, time, or space required to take care of him. He is very energetic and needs a place with room to run around and a lot of stimulation. He does not care for small dogs but likes big dogs. He just wants to jump around and play all day. He is house trained and does best with a doggy door. He likes going on rides in the car, peanut butter, and lots of attention. He is used to sleeping in the bed. His main concern is he does NOT like crates. He has to go in there on his own an is typically food motivated. He will need ongoing behavioral training.

Wren is a happy-go-lucky boxer. Loving pretty much everything and everyone this sweet girl loves cacoons and dens, hanging out with her buddies (people and dogs), and eating snacks (who doesn't?). She is constant need of attention, but much like the boxer she is, she is very independant. Wren was in a home, the owner was no longer capable of giving Wren the love and attention she needed. When she arrived here she sprinted around the yard, so excited to run around. She goes out with one buddy at the moment but we expect she does well with most dogs. Previous owner said she does well with dogs, cats, and children. We have not seen her around cats, but we know she does well with little kids. She is house trained, does well on leash, and is attentive to people. She would do well in homes where she can get attention and plenty of time to be mentally stimulated or room to run! ##1666551##
