Dexter is shy guy, but he's very sweet! He is great with people and does well with other dogs. He has never growled or snapped at anyone, but he is not really a fan of children or cats. His favorite things are running around and being pet. He also loves car rides and even tolerates baths well!. He also wants you to know he's great on the leash so daily strolls are A-OK with him! Since Dexter is a bit of an introvert, he does get a little nervous so he'll just need someone who will be patient with him until he settles into his new home. Koda is a beautiful 6 mo. old purebred Rottweiler (born August 23, 2025) and is up to date on all vaccinations. He’s a sweet, people-loving pup who is full of energy, curiosity, and joy. He enjoys walks, exploring, and being close to the people he loves. Due to a reoccurrence of a serious health issue, we are no longer able to keep him. This decision was incredibly difficult, but we believe rehoming him now (while he’s still young and learning) gives him the best chance at a stable, happy future. Koda is growing quickly and will do best with an experienced home that understands Rottweilers and is committed to ongoing training and structure. Things we’re working on: • Typical teething and some puppy nipping • Occasional excitement-related potty accidents • Early food-guarding behaviors, which are being addressed and will need continued consistency Koda has so much potential and is deeply loved. This is sully he’s half golden retriever and half Rottweiler, our son found him and was going to rescue him but he’s in the army and got called in, we tried to keep him but our landlord will not renew our lease because of his size and so we have been trying to find him a home for the past 6 months with no luck, we have 2 more months to find him a home. He seems like such a good dog and is great with our kids, he has skin allergies so we have him on apoquel which helps a lot, thank you for your consideration.

Meet and greets available Originally rehomed due to a baby, as he ge, strong, and clumsy. He loves people but is best in a home without small children. I took him in, but my two boxers wont accept him (my pit mix is fine but cannot match his energy). About Link: so funny and affectionate, dog-social (needs playful companion), loves indoor fetch, smart (kennel command, waits to eat), house/kennel trained. Notes: no cats, best with older kids/adults, barrier reactive, leash needs work, messy drinker, very sensitive to tone. On 40mg fluoxetine (comes with supply; must taper if stopping).
