Story
Meet Shiloh Shiloh is a 3-month-old Rottweiler mix puppy with a gentle heart, a thoughtful personality, and so much love waiting to be shared. Out of his siblings, Shiloh is the more shy and reserved one. He may take a little extra time to warm up in new situations, but once he feels safe and comfortable, he transforms into a complete lovebug who absolutely adores his people. Despite being the biggest of the litter, Shiloh is incredibly gentle, quiet, and sweet. He has a calm, observant nature and tends to take in the world around him before jumping into the action. He also loves toys and enjoys playful moments with his siblings, but he’s especially happiest when he’s getting affection and spending time with the people he trusts. Because he’s still so young, Shiloh is at a wonderful age to continue building confidence and adapting beautifully to a loving home with patience, reassurance, and continued socialization. Why you’ll love Shiloh:• Sweet, gentle, and affectionate• Quiet and observant personality• Biggest pup of the litter• Loves toys and cuddle time• Shy at first, but incredibly loving once comfortable• Thoughtful, calm puppy demeanor Shiloh is looking for a family who will give him a little patience at first and lots of love forever — and in return, he’ll be an incredibly loyal, loving companion. Story
Bear is a big lover boy who is rather lazy. He’s regal, loyal and a good listener. He loves to be close to his people and is ALWAYS up for snuggling. He doesn’t do any tricks but he listens when directed. We’re relocating our family from a large oversized house with a yard in Texas to be closer to family in Florida with a much smaller house. Bear can be a bit standoffish when new people, especially large males, but quickly he becomes your best friend and will sit on your foot, or even the couch next to you, lol! (See pic). He’s a sweet boy and we love him very much but we can’t relocate with him so we really home to find a great home for him!

Story
April is approx 6-7 years old, we adoptedher from a rescue and loved her. we are elderly now and my husband is 90 and is in assisted living. I just had major surgery and I cant walk her like she needs. She like both inside and outside, she lived inside most of the time sitting next to my husband on his couch. she likes being the only dog. she gets along with other dogs as long as they leave her alone. We never had any complaints from boarders who kept her when we had to go out of town and they had many other dogs. but she stays mostly to herself and has maybe a single friend of the bunch. My gandson has been keeping her for us for several months and now has graduated from college and has left for school in another state. She is not a barker, but if she has her own backyard she will bark at the fence if another dog passes by. But not in the house or at people. Will chase squirrels on her walks, but will respond to no and will continue walking with you. we love her , she is sweet,

Story
Nova was born on 01/10/2026 from an accidental litter. Her family reached out to Legacy Humane Society for assistance in finding her and her sister new homes. Their Mom has been spayed, and the pups are also spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and on heartworm prevention. Their adoption fee is $325.  Puppies require someone with lots of time and patience to raise them to be the best dogs they can be. They will do well with dogs, cats and kids. Since puppies don't have all of their manners yet, they may be too much for toddlers and very young children. If you're interested in meeting them, please apply online and we'll be in touch: Adoption Application - Legacy Humane SocietyWe do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in adopting from LHS, please complete an online application at http://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ and we will contact you asap about the status of your application. Story
Tori was rescued from the Humane Society and has been with me for 9 years. She is 10 years old and will turn 11 on 12/15/26. I’m looking for a loving, patient, stable home because I’m leaving for Army basic training in a couple of weeks and don’t have anyone to care for her while I’m away. This is an incredibly difficult decision because it has just been the two of us for so long. Tori does have some separation anxiety and would do best with someone who can offer comfort, consistency, and patience. She does better with smaller dogs. Larger dogs can make her anxious at first, so she needs time to warm up. She is sweet, cuddly, loyal, food-motivated, curious, playful, and affectionate. She loves chew toys, rope toys, stuffies, sniffing, exploring, and being close to her person. She isn’t big on fetch but would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a gentle, loving dog. 🐾

Story
Hi! My name is Charlie Roman, and I’m a playful little ball of energy who loves belly rubs, squeaky toys, and making new friends. I spend my days chasing tennis balls, taking long naps in sunny spots, and giving the best cuddles after a long day. I’m very friendly, love kids, and get excited anytime I hear the word “treat.” My favorite thing in the world is being around people who will give me love and attention. I’m looking for a forever home where I can share my happy personality and lots of tail wags every single day!
