He is a motivated eater and will wipe his dish clean! He enjoy walks, playtime, and cuddling, making him a versatile companion. Luka is dog and cat friendly and has been around big and small dogs. Meet Stella! This stunning girl is a three-year-old, 22-pound mix of Shar-Pei, Poodle (small), and Golden Retriever (according to her breed test). She will do what you want to do with her; play when you want to play, relax on the couch with you when you want, but she is also happy to just be in the same room as you and chew on a toy or durable stuffy. When you are away, she is content in her crate because she finds it cozy and comfy with her bed and blanket. Stella is dog social and likes to be around other dogs, curious and gentle with one cat she met, and currently fostered in a home with a large dog and human "pawrents" and a teenager. Stella knows a few commands so far, and considering she is food motivated she will take to more commands and tricks. She barks to alert you at the door and will quiet again shortly. She walks well on a leash and likes to sniff and is observant to what is around. She is low to mid energy and is fine inside with at least a short walk a day, but she's adaptable to whatever her new family would like to do. She truly has the most fun personality and loves to play dress up. Sweaters or costumes - bring it on! Ellie is a young female that landed in a SF Bay area shelter, and we can't figure out why. Yes, she had some skin issues (fleas being the biggest and now solved reason), but this girl is a doll baby. Ellie likes to help with chores, especially rounding up socks for laundry day! Ellie has gorgeous eyes, is already spayed and is small at about 36 pounds. She tests well with other dogs, but likes to do her own thing (i.e. May not know how to play yet). Ellie is a snuggler! Ellie is up to date on vaccines, is microchipped and is ready for adoption. Meet Kyoto! Kyoto is a 43 pound male that came into the shelter with wounds down his back (flea control that burned? something else?) that are almost completely healed. He jumped right up to our volunteer who picked him up and immediately gave kisses. Kyoto is really good with other dogs. **Friendly:** Kyoto gets along well with other dogs and is expected to be good with children and other pets. Kyoto is happy to accompany you to a bar, coffee shop or eatery and is great meeting strangers and fitting right in! **Leash Training:** Walks on a leash with no problem. **Bath Time:** Loves bathing and enjoys every moment of it! **Eater:** Enjoys eating and hasn't refused anything yet. **Potty trained:** Uses outside for potty needs. **Loyal:** Stays close to his human inside and outside. Bear is a calm older male who has life left to live. Bear was found as a stray, is good with other dogs, walks well on a leash. We did bloodwork and a urinalysis and this boy is healthy, so he is freshly neutered! Bear has a gorgeous coat and chill personality. He can be a but growly, so we are recommending a home without small children. He is taking gabapentin daily as he appears a bit arthritic, but he gets around fine, and he sees and hears perfectly when you have a treat in your hand (his hearing is actually poor overall). He loves hanging out with you inside, preferring shorter walks and doesn't care for cold weather. He is good for car rides and loves trips to the pet store to pick a toy! Oh, and he loves his bones and scratches from his favorite people. He is about 45 pounds. He is fostering just east of San Francisco. He can be grumpy with vets, but is better around those not poking and prodding medically.March 14, 2025, 7:47 pm
