Daisy is your typical puppy, learning new things every day. She is close to being fully housetrained and crate trained. Daisy has sharp little baby teeth, so she will need lots of sturdy chew toys. She gets along with her senior foster brother dog. She has a lot of energy but also enjoys her naps, whether in your lap or in her crate. Daisy will do best in an active home that can provide her with patience, consistence, training, and lots of attention and love. Introducing Charlie! He is a 10 year old, 20 lb ShihTzu mix. He was living his good life in his previous home until his person became too ill to care for him. Humane Tomorrow promised we would find a great home for him. 10 is the new 7 in ShihTzu years, so no worries about his age. You can see that he has a little snaggle tooth if you look real close. This only adds to his cuteness and charm! Charlie has a sweet temperament. He enjoys going on walks and has great leash manners. He also likes car rides. He may be a little cautious when meeting new people, but he warms up quickly. Charlie gets along with the other small dog in his foster home. Boo is a three year old, 9 lb Shih Tzu. This precious little guy came to Humane Tomorrow as a mercy case. He had no foot on his right back leg, cause unknown. The vet recommended amputation as the best solution for Boo, and he was right. Boo is doing great and getting around a lot better! Even though Boo is only three years old, he is an old soul at heart. He is totally attached to his care giver foster mom and stays close by her side. His younger personality comes out with his love, love, love for soft toys. Stuffing free toys recommended since Boo is part Billy Goat and could and would eat the stuffing! He gets along with the dogs and cats in his foster home, but could easily be an only lap dog. We think he will be ok with kids over the age of 6, as long as they are gentle with him. Completely house and crate trained, although crating is really not necessary. Story

Farley is a very happy boy who loves his people. He is estimated to be about 6 years old, and 13 lbs. He is an easy lap size, and does like to sit on your lap, but he is also content to be hanging out in the same room with you on a doggie bed. He is very treat/food motivated, possibly because he was quite underweight when he came into rescue. He likes to play with toys, especially stuffies, but hasn’t shown much interest in fetch. He gets along with the other dogs in his foster home, although he is at a disadvantage because he is deaf, but that doesn’t seem to slow him down. Farley is so cute! Especially when he does a funny little dance when he gets excited (his Chris Farley dance – think SNL) – sometimes spinning in circles, especially at feeding time or when you first get home. He walks on a leash. When he tries to get into something he shouldn’t, all it takes is a touch on him to catch his attention, make eye contact and direct him to something else more appropriate. He can be crated, although that is not his favorite, and at night, he typically sleeps on the bed (his foster parents caved because he is just too cute!) But because he likes to get into things, he does need to be crated when you are not home (he has gotten onto tables when he thinks there is food there). He may not be good in an apartment because when he first realizes he is alone, or when he is crated, he can panic and bark. He loves to be outside – if his people are there. If people are not outside with him in the yard, he will go out to do his business, and then wants to come back inside right after. I first met Oreo back in Aug of 2017 when he was just a few weeks old. He’s been with me and my family ever since, and is very spoiled and loved. He is on the calmer end, he loves to take naps & sunbathe! I am unfortunately moving away for college and my parents are unable to tend to him. I raised him to be very loving and in a quiet setting. I would like to find someone who has similar attributes as him; he is very clingy and loves to be by ones side when he gets the chance. I would love to find him a home that can give him the attention and care he is used to.
