PLEASE NOTE! WE ARE A TEXAS BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY IN TEXAS AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO YOUR STATE ONCE ADOPTED. Our app can be found at haydudeequine.org 🐾 Meet Dumplin! 🩷🐾 If you've ever wanted your very own tiny gargoyle, lookout supervisor, or queen of the castle, allow me to introduce myself: I'm Dumplin! I'm a 5-year-old little lady with a gentle soul and a love for high places. You'll often find me perched on the back of a couch, lounging in a chair, or supervising the household from the top of a crate. The higher the view, the better! I can be shy when meeting new people and prefer to take things at my own pace. Loud, busy environments aren't really my style, so I'm looking for a calm, quiet home where I can feel safe and secure. The good news? Once I know you're a friend, I warm up quickly and become a sweet, devoted companion. I get along wonderfully with other dogs and would love a canine buddy to help show me the ropes. I'm not demanding—I just need a little patience, understanding, and a cozy elevated spot to call my throne. Dumplin at a Glance: 🐾 5 years old 🐾 Female 🐾 Great with other dogs 🐾 Shy at first, but warms up quickly 🐾 Would thrive in a quiet home 🐾 Loves sitting up high and keeping watch over her kingdom 🐾 Sweet, gentle, and loyal If you're looking for a calm companion with a quirky personality and adorable underbite, Dumplin is ready to rule your heart from the highest seat in the house. 👑💕🐶

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Chester! Chester’s story started on the streets, where he was found running around on his own until a kind family took him in and helped him get the care he needed.  He was covered in fleas and suffered a little from flea dermatitis, where he had no fur. Now, this handsome boy is ready to find a forever home of his own! Chester can be a little vocal when meeting new people and may bark at first, but once he gets to know you, his loving personality shines through. He’s an affectionate dog who enjoys attention and will happily jump up to say hello. Chester loves playing with his toys, enjoys spending time with his people, and gets along well with other dogs. If you’re looking for a fun, friendly companion with lots of love to give, Chester may be the perfect match for your family. Chester is neutered, 4DX negative, vaccinated, microchipped, and current on ProHeart 12 and Bravecto. His adoption fee is $400. To apply to adopt Chester, visit www.adoggie4you.org. Chester is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $250 transport fee. Please note that we are unable to transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state regulations.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 23, 2026, 4:59 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Quinn! Quinn's story is one of resilience, healing, and unconditional love. She was found abandoned on the streets alongside her sister in heartbreaking condition. Severely neglected, Quinn was covered in painful mats, suffering from extensive hair loss caused by poor nutrition and flea infestation, and struggling with serious eye issues that had gone untreated for far too long. Since coming into rescue, Quinn has received extensive veterinary care and has been under the supervision of a local veterinary ophthalmology specialist. After numerous tests, treatments, and medications, we now know that Quinn has severe chronic dry eye, a condition common in her breed. Unfortunately, this has resulted in significant scarring of both corneas. The good news is that Quinn's right eye is responding well to treatment, and with lifelong medical management, her vision can likely be preserved. Her left eye has faced additional challenges, including a corneal ulcer and infection, but after completing her course of antibiotics and ongoing care, she has shown remarkable improvement. Despite everything she has endured, Quinn remains one of the sweetest dogs you could ever hope to meet. She is calm, gentle, affectionate, and happiest when curled up in your lap. Quinn is not a barker, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and has an easygoing, laid-back personality that makes her a joy to have around. Quinn is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, 4DX negative, and current on ProHeart 12 heartworm prevention and Bravecto flea and tick prevention. We have not yet tested Quinn with cats or children, so those situations are currently unknown. Adoption Fee: $400 To apply for Quinn, please visit www.adoggie4you.org. Quinn is currently located in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington (Kentucky), and locations along the East Coast for an additional $225 transport fee. Please note that we are unable to transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state regulations.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 23, 2026, 4:59 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Tawny! I am on medication for Chagas. Please thoroughly read my bio. Tawny's story began with heartbreak. She and her sister were found living on the streets in absolutely horrible condition, neglected and struggling to survive. Despite everything she endured, Tawny has remained one of the sweetest.  This girl has a calm, quiet, gentle nature and seems to be very well-trained. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and people. Tawny loves the simple things in life—a soft dog bed, a cozy lap to curl up on, and spending time with her people.  Because Tawny's health and well-being are so important to us, she has received extensive veterinary care while in rescue. During her spay surgery, our veterinarian detected a Grade III/VI heart murmur. To ensure she received the best care possible, we proceeded with comprehensive bloodwork and a full echocardiogram. Her bloodwork came back completely normal, however she did test positive for Chagas -which she is currently on medication for. Her echocardiogram showed findings within normal limits, with all heart structures measuring normal size. The cardiologist noted that her risk of heart failure is considered low, with no masses or effusions present. A sinus arrhythmia was recorded on the ECG, but overall her cardiac evaluation was very reassuring. At this time, there are no further testing/diagnostics to be done.  Tawny is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, 4DX negative, and current on ProHeart 12 heartworm prevention and Bravecto flea and tick prevention.  The adoption fee for Tawny is $450. To apply, please visit www.adoggie4you.org. Tawny is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $250 transport fee. Story
Anya was adopted from a rescue agency in Southern California nine years ago for my wife, who was battling cancer at the time. My wife has now passed and I have had to relocate to the Seattle area to be near family. The ADU in which I'm now living does not have a fenced yard, and Anya has always been used to going in and out as she pleases. Anya is now a senior dog and has lost her hearing, but is in otherwise good health. If allowed to go outside or if walked regularly she will not pee or poo in the house, but she does have accidents if left alone for too long.
