Story
A heartfelt call for a Unicorn adopter! Harmony and his sister Rhyme are still looking for their forever home. This pair had originally been adopted as kittens and returned to us in deplorable condition a year later. We are grateful they were returned and not dumped somewhere and it's taken a while for them to get their health and hair back but they are ready now for their forever homes. Their original short term foster described them as aggressively affectionate! They are spay/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, FIV/FELV negative and microchipped. Due to past experience they would do best in a dog free (or at least very small dog) home and we think would do well with a child who is pet/cat savvy. Note that they have both had extensive dental surgery but eat wet and dry food like champs! They adore Temptation treats and Churu is a particular favorite! While they don't love adoption events we have been bringing them to some and will happily bring them if you'd like to come meet them at one!

Story
Maisie is a senior kitty about 14-15 years old. I got her when she was 10-11 years old. She is a quiet sweet kitty. She is not very active or playful. She can walk well and all but does not climb onto high places. She sleeps and eats and enjoys some pets from people she can trust, but is not a lap cat. Once she's comfortable she will lay next to you. I suspect she cannot hear very well if at all. Loud noises do not phase her and she often is startled and does not hear you coming behind her. Maisie has or had hyper-thyroidism and does not gain weight, therefore she is thinner than most cats. Her last couple of years of check ups have proven that her thyroid levels are fine, that may quite be due to the fact that I have had her on special cat food diet food for her thyroid issues. After having to move we are not allowed to have a cat, so this is not easy for me to just have to give her away. She has been with a foster family for the past 4-5 months and they cannot keep her any longer.

Story
I acquired my pet through a friend that a litter of Siamese and black cats in his neighborhood. This cat was the most sociable with humans out of all the cats. Killua is roughly about to be a year old; her exact birthdate is unknown, but we assume she was born during the summer of 2025. I am looking for a new home that can keep up with her activeness. She is very energetic and playful and tends to follow you a lot. I believe that having a second cat would be preferred so she can have someone to play with consistently. Killua is a very curious and energetic cat with a bit of sass.

Story
Mocha is a 9 year old lil lady with a soft heart and a strong sense of self. She’s sweet and affectionate on her own terms, the kind of cat who chooses you, and when she does, it feels extra special. :) One of her favorite ways to show affection is gently pushing her head into your palm, inviting pets. When she’s feeling especially fond, she may give little love bites.

Story
Hello, my name is Sugar and yes, I am very sweet! I've been told I am quite beautiful, with my blue eyes and Siamese markings. I was born to a pregnant stray and was rescued by a neighbor. I'm still quite young — just born in December 2024. (My photos with one of my siblings are from March 2025, but newer photos are coming soon!) I'm actually at a perfect age because my personality is starting to shine. I'm a smart, happy and playful girl, extremely affectionate and a purr baby. I love to chat and will sleep right next to your pillow. I get along fine with other cats, but have never met a dog. I have been fixed and am ready for my forever home! For more information about adopting me, please text Deborah at 510-909-4961 (or leave a message) or email her at angusnfriends@outlook.com. All Angus & Friends cats are healthy, fixed, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption.  March 10, 2026, 6:57 pm

Story
Meet beautiful Missy — a gentle soul who has already endured more than any cat ever should. Missy is searching for a foster home or, even better, a forever home where she can finally feel safe and loved. She once lived in a home with nine other cats, until her world was suddenly turned upside down. When her owner decided to keep only two cats, Missy and the others were put outside and left to fend for themselves. When she was found, Missy was pregnant. She bravely gave birth to five precious kittens and lovingly raised them all. Every one of them has since been adopted. Now it’s Missy’s turn to be chosen! Missy is a stunning 3-year-old Siamese mix with beautiful coloring and soulful blue eyes that quietly tell her story. She was diagnosed with stomatitis, a painful gum disease that required all of her teeth to be removed. Despite this, Missy eats well, feels good, and continues to enjoy life, proof of her incredible resilience. Right now, Missy is very shy and needs someone with patience, kindness, and a big heart to help rebuild her confidence. She thrives on gentle affection and enjoys soft pets and scratches around her neck and back near her tail once you have gained her trust. Wand toys bring out her playful side, and for a moment, you can see the happy cat she’s meant to be. She’s still fearful of being handled and may hiss or hide, but this is simply her way of protecting herself after all she’s been through. With a quiet home and a patient, loving person, we truly believe Missy will blossom into a devoted, loving companion, the kind of cat who becomes someone’s best friend. Please open your heart and home to Missy. She has so much love to give, and all she needs is a chance. Misty has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and is up to date on flea prevention. Please contact us at nobodysperfektdogs@gmail.com or come into our adoption center at 3810 Castro Valley Blvd. in Castro Valley. We’re open Tues. – Sat. 12-4 pm.
