Snow White settled into her foster home quickly and confidently. She uses her litter box well, loves her scratcher box and cat tree, and chooses appropriate places to scratch. She is spayed, chipped, updated on all her vaccines, and very healthy. She’s 3/4 Siamese and 1/4 Ragdoll. She has blue eyes (slightly crossed), weighs 12 pounds, and her medium short fur is mostly white with black, brown, and cream-colored patches. She’s been an indoor-only cat, eats both kibble and wet food, and uses her litterbox and scratching post very reliably. We feed her twice a day so she won’t overeat. She loves sitting in laps, brushing and scritches, massages, chasing string toys and crackly paper wads, and sleeping in the sun. Once she gets to know you, she will purr, head butt, and allow you to pick her up for short hugs. I think she would be best as an only cat, but it’s possible that she would be OK with other animals, if they challenge her back when she challenges them. She has a curious, intense, and energetic personality. We have been fostering her for just over a year, and love her very much, but she doesn’t get along with our other cat. See information about whom to contact in bio THANK YOU Mack is a gorgeous Siamese mix, possibly a Snowshoe Siamese based on appearance, with beautiful eyes and unusual buff coloring pattern. Mack is affectionate, calm, loves to chill with his people, sleep on the bed next to you, and generally lounge around, though he can occasionally go bonkers playing with his favorite toys. He can be alone for several hours, is quiet throughout the night, tends to follow when called with “come,” and  loves to be called “you’re a good boy.” Mack loves to be brushed, especially gentle strokes on his cheeks from front to back, and to watch birds and squirrels from a comfy spot. Mack is a very good cat who would do best in a quiet, loving, stable home, ideally with no other cats (or possibly with another cat of similar large size and temperament). He also needs a cat person who is willing to read his body language and meet his needs, including a final meal at bedtime, which can be managed by reading his cues and veterinary-prescribed food for constipation (wet and/or dry). Mack was adopted as a very young cat by the prior owner when he walked onto the school grounds where she worked. He lived with two adult cats for about four years until they moved away and then with one young cat for about seven years until that cat passed away in October 2025. We adopted Mack through private rehoming when the prior owners moved away. Even though Mack lived with several cats before, he has not accepted our other cat who is much smaller and very active. As our other cat is not a good candidate for adoption, Mack unfortunately needs a new home. Mack is an indoor-only cat, uses his litter box perfectly, keeps himself well groomed, and loves to scratch his litter tracking mat (soft honeycomb style, which he can bring with him). He is current on his rabies and FVRCP vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and prefers not to have his paws touched so lots of treats may help with nail trims. To the best of our knowledge, he is very good with children, but dogs are an unknown. Mack is currently living in San Jose, CA. Can you give him that loving home? They love to play together, chase each other around endlessly, or “battle” over a feathered wand toy. When they finally get tired they like to snuggle together for a nap. They are both very affectionate with people and if there’s a lap available they will usually climb in and purr and want petting before their nap. Given just a little time to get to know you, they will both be devoted companions.  Piper is a social girl with a big personality. She’s chatty and will let you know when she wants a snack or a cuddle. Once in your arms, she loves to purr. Piper loves sitting on a lap and enjoys snuggling with her brother, Shiloh.
